Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fontana

Quality is below average for price. If you pay a little more you can get a real pizza from Bella's (Bono's) on Foothill/Sultana.

Update: Recently their quality has really improved and good deals.

2/1/2020: So I ordered online and they forgot the 4 garlic butter sauces but they refused to bring them out to me even though their commercials say they will fix any order immediately! Plus they wouldnt credit my credit card back the $4!

They lost my business! Way better pizza places in the area and the delivery guy was totally rude and expected another tip even though I pre tipped online $5.

Such as major disappointment! Extremely rude customer service!

Tried this place again for delivery on 5/31/2020 pizza arrived cold and delivery driver was very rude! Even pre-tipped at 10% but that was a waste!

So after about 6 months of not going to this place I gave them another chance today (1/8) and of course they messed up again. Delivered pizza to the wrong address so by the time my neighbor was nice enough to walk it over it was cold. Pizza Hut, Grazianos, and 7-11 pizza way better than this place.

Told manager about situation and she could care less.

3/28/2021 Order again from this horrible place, on the app, and never received order! Called location and they said they made the delivery which was a total lie! I don't understand how this location is still in business!!!! I called the store and lady was very rude and hung up on me. So now calling Wells Fargo to get charge...

Really low service everything normal I order the pizzas and some chicken wings for my family they took my card information and told me it was going to be delivered in an hour so I told my folks that pizza was on the way so we waited for an hour and ten minutes and nothing i called them then they put me in hold for 3minutes then i call back and ask for the manager and i ask this person about my order and he said that apparently they dont deliver this way,so I got upset and I told him how come they did not tell me that on the first place,all he said is that he apologized for the inconvenience but I told him that it was not so much about the pizzas it was that they did not let me know fromt the beginning that they did not deliver were I live,that guy say something about been there for 37 years I really dont know what his point was,forget this place be careful when u go there they have a bunch of incompetent personal...

customer service sucks!!! My mother ordered a pizza she was questioned on her are code when she gave her number. She was told it would take 30 min after 40 she calls back, she is told 30 min after another 30 she calls back. They go over her address phone number and they told her they tried to call her back and her number was incorrect and her address was incorrect they asked for directions to my house. She gave them directions to my house. I later called and spoke to the manager who was a joke he told me she gave them the wrong address and the phone number she gave was no good.
