La Michoacana USA — Restaurant in Fontana

I went in To buy ice cream tonight and as I walked I didn’t see any sign stating you had to wear a mask. Also the fact that the gentleman in front of me wasn’t wearing a mask and they served him. When it came to my turn the young lady told me to go get a mask. I had told her, “you help this guy and he doesn’t have a mask.” She replied to me saying she didn’t notice. This was after the fact that she took his order down, he had paid, and was awaiting another item to be done for him. How do you not notice him not having a mask? But are very quick to tell me to go get a mask to get service. Unfair and uncalled for. So I left. I called the location asking to the managers name and phone number and the young lady that answered asked the other woman that works there if it was okay to give that away. Quickly, that other woman tells her to hang up on me, which she did. I called again and they started mocking me and acting like they can’t hear me. This happened tonight June 7th, 2020. Around 8PM. I feel very disrespected and insulted by these actions of these rude, disrespectful woman with no class. Never will I step a foot in your establishment and Advise others to not do so either. If this is the service you give, there is no want to spend any money at your establishment. I suggest hiring people that are respectful and have professionalism. It was my favorite place to go for a late night dessert but alot has changed. They don't sale corn on the cob anymore (number one reason why I would go) the esquite seems to be from can corn now. They change employees constantly so every worker prepares things a different way and the one lady who seems to be the only one taking orders now doesn't seem to know portions or how to prepare things (at least to my taste) the place feels humid or hot which is pretty strange for a food preparing location it should be a cool place being that food is being handled. It just seems like they have lost alot of costumers. Before I would see a line waiting behind me but now their lucky if at least one more couple walks in. I'll just start ordering from the michoacana bar on foothill now, they seen to have more variety and better tasting desserts. Horrible customer service! Wanted to try a new ice cream combination, so I got it. A few bites in made me realize it wasn’t a good combo and the ice had absolutely no flavor, so I asked the parlor if they had a satisfaction policy; she said they did and she could take the ice cream back and replace with a new flavor, but as soon as I went to replace it she was taking someone else’s order and another parlor came to help me. Explaining what had just happened, she said she couldn’t take it back and apologized for the inconvenience.
