Today I came to this boba shop for the second time. First time was okay, but this time, it was a terrible experience.
I am lactose intolerant and I was told the first time that they could make my milk tea with a nondairy milk. The young lady working today informed that none of the milk teas actually had milk, which sounds like a lie, but I didn’t fight her on it. I said, “That’s fine as long as there’s no dairy in it.” My husband gives her our punch card to stamp for the drinks we bought today and she didn’t give it back. The milk tea was flavorless and the boba was tough. And to top it off, there was dairy in the milk tea that gave me terrible stomach aches.
