El Colima Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

Went here today the sign in the window said you can pay with debit. When I went to pay the lady said that the machine only worked in increments of $5, which is weird and should have been a warning. She said that ahe would just give me change for the difference between my order and $15, the next 5 up. My order was for just under $12.50 but then after she charged me she said she didn't have the cash to make up the difference yet but would give it to me when my order was ready. Since she had already run the card I didn't have much choice at that point. She handed me what I thought was my receipt, but was only the one from the swiping of the debit card. Then I noticed that there was a $0.99 fee charged, which is not cool that she didn't tell me at all, much less before she ran my card. Upon getting my food she said here is the $2, even though she was supposed to give me a little over $2.50 back. I was over it at that point. No receipt showing exactly how much change I should have been given, didn't tell me about the fee, didn't let me know before she ran my card that she didn't have the change right then, and then shorted me my physical change. It isn't really about the money for the fee and missing change as much as it about that all being unethical business practices. Needless to say I will not be returning. The food wasn't bad, not amazing either, but I would rather give my money to a business that will treat me with respect and not just hope I don't care because it is a small...

Well I found one of the worst Mexican food spots in so cal. You don't have to read this post just know it was completely all bad. 1st Waited almost 40min other customers were waiting longer. Kitchen was in complete disarray. No order no organization. When our food finally came out somehow it was cold. Our tacos came with onions which I had request clearly when I ordered. All they did was scrape off 1 tacos onions and then started to argue that I never asked for my food the way I like. Been ordering for along time and I always ask for no onions. So then they scrapped off the onions off the other 2. The torta was just bread, meat and one side sour cream and the other guacamole. The worst torta I've ever had. And tortas are my staple Mexican dish. The sopes bread was hard as a rock and couldn't get eaten. My son didn't even finish his cheeseburger and said he didn't like it. A 10 year old didn't finish his cheeseburger is a red flag. But all our food was really bad and service reflects the food. The beans and rice tasted reheated from frozen and old. Chips were stale. Everything was really bad. And the prices are kinda steep, also don't use your atm, they charge you like its an atm machine they will pull out for example if its 35 they charge you 40 and give you back 5 in change. Terrible Terrible Expereince!! For the people who only read the first two lines!! Lol First time there was hoping it would be a good experience but I was wrong. Not sure if the cook's the owner or what but gave me tons of attitude because I mentioned the cashier charged me 99 cents for using atm and she said theres signs here and here! I asked her before she rang anything nicely if she charged and all she said was she had to round off the amount which I didnt understand then she charged me $15.99 when my bill was 10.80 she gave me 20cents then she said she would give me $4 back in a minute. I sit down and I see she charged me 99cents for using atm when I asked her previously. This when the cook starts telling me I need to watch my money and we have to signs here on and on! Then I responded saying that the xustomer is always right, his return was "what! Do you want free food?! Then I said Im the photo director for an Import/Export company with dozens of employees working there and I usually buy lunch for everyone there every Other Friday and it looks like I wont be buying anything here fromhim ever and I want my money back and I went to waba!
