Worst experience of my life at any food place. I walked in and placed an order which was one pep and one Hawaiian. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I said ok and paid with my debit mastercard. I returned 20 mins later. Stood another 10 to 15 minutes in line. I asked for my order. The cashier said that she would get it. She returned with no pizza and said that it has not been made yet and because they were backed up on hot n readys it would be another 20 to 40 mins. I stated that would be unacceptable and requested my money back. The cashier then went to get the manager. The manager whos name I believe is patty came to tell me that they do not authorize refunds and that I would have to call the number on the website for one. I stated that was wrong and that I would not be leaving without my money back either on my debit card or in cash. The customers behind were apparently upset that I was holding up the line as they began yelling at me because as they said it was just 5 dollars and to just leave. I stated again that i would not be leaving without a full refund. One customer behind actually took out his phone and began recording. I asked the manager if it was common practice to allow customers to be able to record transactions. She laughed and jokingly said yeah and put it on facebook also. So the young man continues to record yelling at me that I was a trump voter and a white privileged b**. Which is wrong by both accounts as I did not vote nor am I white. The other customers also joined into the cursing and yelling at me. My 5 year old daughter was standing next to me crying her eyes out. I turned and asked the manager of a receipt of the refund. She then threatened to call the police. I stated that I was ok with her calling the police. She then went to the other register and then threw a refund receipt at me. I asked her for the corporate number and she said no she would not give me anything else. I then decided to exit the store. Where I had to actually ask the young man filming 4 times before he would allow me to leave. The manager said nothing to any of the other customers. Even as my daughter was shaking in fear and tears rolling down her eyes. I am absolutely disgusted by the actions of the staff and manager. I have been a loyal customer of little ceasers for over 25 years. And now I will never walk into this one or any other one. This could have been a very easy refund. And now I have a 5 year daughter completely traumatized and was made to feel violated as well as made to feel inhuman.. So yeah thanks to the manager for not even asking the other customers to calm down or stop filming. I hope scaring a child was well worth the laugh you had...
Read moreA few days ago I decided to walk in and pick up a hot and ready. This is now the third time I've come and they don't have anything available for hot and ready except their standard pepperoni. If you can't follow your own company's policies what are you doing in business!?
I stopped calling to order in advance at this location because every time I have done so it's never ready when I show up and I still have to wait even longer than the people who come in and order and wait for their food.
The last time I had my friend call ahead and order. When she showed up they said it still wasn't ready yet, mind you it had already been 30 minutes since she ordered. Everyone was either in the back talking and would only come to the front to help whoever walked in the door. To save a long story 55 minutes later from original order is when she received her food and wasn't even offered a discount or money back or anything until she asked to talk to a manager. And only then when she asked the manager would you want to wait an hour for your pizzas when they said you're right I would be upset...
Read moreOrdered my pizza over the phone and got charged $1 for getting less sauce on my pizza. That really wanst a problem but the idea was well... not to my liking. When i got there to pick up my order i had to wait in line to pay and pick up, once i paid the person scanned the pizzas and told me they were "expired". I asked the cashier what does that mean and she just repeated to me that the pizzas were expired and she could not give them to me. Then they explain that i was late ten minutes to pick up my pizza and i explained that i was there but had to obviously get in line to pay for my pizza and they were lots of people there. I eventually got my money refunded but i have never heard of pizza expiring. My brother worked for another pizza place and he told me that he too has never heard of a pizza expiring. Also told me they hold the pizza's for up to 3 hrs. Not happy with...
