Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fontana

I would give this place -100 stars if I could. This location and their workers are terrible, they need to hire a whole new staff. I arrived 2.5 hours late to pick up my cake order I placed 2 days in advance. When I made it to the store and told one of the workers I had a cake order to pick up, all 3 workers rushed to the back and started assembling the cake together even though it was supposed to be ready. I waited for 15 minutes while the workers gave me no updates but kept walking in and out of the back and looking at me. Finally, all 3 of them decided to come out and show me the most hideous cake ever. You could tell they didn't have the cake ready so they were trying to assemble it last minute. When they showed it to me, they asked "Is it okay?" as there was cupcakes falling off the cake and frosting all over the sides of the box since they rushed to put the cake in. I was so disappointed but I needed to take the cake because the occasion was for the day of, I couldn't wait any more. I will never order a cake from Baskin Robbins ever again. Those 3 girls ruined the special occasion I had with the ugliest cake they made last minute. Tell me, would you like this cake for your birthday? Would those workers who ruined my cake like it if they received something like that for...

I could go to the original baskin robbins, on sierra and marigold... however I totally prefer the store on underwood. The girls are always polite, friendly, attentive and kind... when talking to customers they don't treat anyone better than anyone else. Everyone matters. The atmosphere is chill. They are soft spoken. The customer service is what makes this store really stand out

I can be indecisive and their patience is appreciated. I've never been treated poorly at this location.

I love my mocha blast with Carmel in the cup.

Tonight they were 22 flavors not 31 lol.

The hardest part of customer service is staying professional during times when inventory is low and they don't complain. They do their best to make everyone happy... Thank you for always making my blast so yummy...

My only complaint is other stores have availability to tip either in a tip jar or even through the register. This staff honestly deserves the tips. Please bring tip...

Azucena was really sweet. We've had her a few times. For some reason she was the only one on the floor. She has great customer service. Outta all the girls who've come to work there she is by far my daughter and my favorite employee. Thanks for being patient... I know I can be a Karen. But I care about businesses and customer service is what brings the money in.

The one thing I don't like is that the machine doesn't let us tip. When I was at the Rialto store they had it ... You're cheating ur employees the opportunity to get tips. You could imagine that it's hard to tip when u have no cash to do so. Please...
