WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

The worse waba service ever,I went Saturday 4-23-22 around 4pm and there was like 8 workers and the person who took my order got it wrong when I repeated my order to him 3 times to make sure that I dont wait for nothing, when I hear my name they game me 4 bowls when I had order 4 plates and the guy that took my order had left Cuz I guess they were changing shifts,the workers were screaming badwords and the girl that gave me the order did stated that she heard me telling the other cashier my order 3 times and told me she will fix the issue but then told me to pay extra and I said no because that wasn't my fault and I told her I didn't want anything anymore, I had paid with card and then she told me that my money would be in my card soon,today 4-27-22 I dont have my money back.today 4-29-22 still not getting my money back,it has...

Great chicken, always cooked to perfection. Not a lot of fatty or grissle pieces like other chicken bowl places.

I always, get double chicken and it comes out super fast, by the time I am done filling my drink, the order is ready at the counter.

If I had even 1 small piece of advice, get larger bowls... I can't mix the teriyaki sauce with the chicken and rice in the bowl they give because it's full to the brime with food. I have to use a plate when I get home.

This WaBa grill is always difficult to order at. They always say they “can’t” do certain things when other WaBa grills take my orders fine. Like wanting veggies instead of rice on the veggie bowl. I don’t care if they have to charge me more, I just don’t want rice. Well they can’t do that. I have to get rice and then a side of veggies. Why can’t they charge me the same way and just omit the rice? If anything it saves them money, but the owners seem too slow...
