CREDIT CARD THEFT!!

I never leave reviews on anything but last week on a Tuesday I went to the drive through and ordered a chocolate frosty. A man helped me at the window and took my card as usual then closed the window then handed me the frosty after a couple minuets then closed the window again then after a few more minuets finaly handed me my card. I thought it was strange how long he took to give the card back because I usually get it back right away before getting my food. Two days later I had two $400 charges to my credit card and a $90 from auto zone that I did not make. The last transaction I had made was at that wendy’s drive thru. Keep in mind I always use apple pay but this day decided to use my physical card. What a coincidence that the one time I use my card my information gets stolen.Though there is no way to 100% confirm I suspect this employee stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree this is extremely unacceptable and management needs to keep a closer eye on what their employees are doing. If I could, I'd give them zero stars! They don't deserve the one star that I'm giving them during this complaint. This Wendy's is located inside the Flying J on Slover Ave in Fontana. They are never stocked up. Always get the orders wrong and why do have a drive-thru when it doesn't work and I still have to park and go inside. Maybe you should put cones at the entrance of the drive-thru so costumers are aware of the fact that it is not working. They take your order ( adding cheese to a hamburger ), forget to give you fries and then don't tell you that their drink machines ( both of them ) don't work and you have to use the Flying J's drink machines. There were a bunch of kids in there ( Exposed hair! No hairnets ), standing around, laughing, joking, playing and just NOT taking their job serious at all. Just plain unprofessional, ridiculous & a bad reflection on the Wendy's brand! Go to the one on Sierra & Valley. Save yourself the time and...

I live in this area for three years. I try my best not to write reviews, but this place is unacceptable. This is literally my fifth time having trouble with them so it’s time for review they close the drive Thur said it wasn’t enough staff.. and to come inside to order And this is not the first time they have done this I can see one time, but this is several times this has happened, but they closed the drive-through which is unacceptable being a widow with small children. I can’t just pop inside of a store. That’s why I went through a drive-through.

They really just need new management or something because it’s just unacceptable and it’s literally a truckstop so you would think they would be top-tier get it...
