I've been to this location 3 times. The first time was a drive up order before the grand opening. The gentleman I spoke with was very informative and clear about how to order through the app and getting $5 off my first order. It was such a pleasure that I was excited about coming back again, especially since I've been waiting for a clean juice bar to come around like this. The second time was for the grand opening - couldn't miss out on trying a smoothie since there was a BOGO happening. Plus, a grand opening is always an exciting time and I couldn't miss out on the action. Although this order was a drive up as well my energy about this place was great. I'm not sure if this was created in my head because of all the hype but when I came in for my third visit I decided to walk in because my husband was with me to watch the kiddos in the car. I was so excited to experience the vibe and culture of this place. Unfortunately, it was nothing like I envisioned nor did the energy match what it gives off on IG. It was a nice crisp morning (perfect weather), ready to get my day started, and have hubby try one of the clean juices. I walk in and the place seems super dead. No music and no one behind the counters. So as I'm waiting for someone to come to the front I decided to check out the clean juice options in the fridge. There wasn't alot. The fridge was more than halfway empty. Not a big deal but doesn't give off a sense of readiness for me. It didn't help that there was no one behind the counter. My wait time to be attended to was roughly 5 min. When someone finally came to the front she apologized (which I appreciated) and we proceeded with my order. I wanted the orange cleanse which was not in the fridge and she said they were out and that they were pressing it today but it wouldn't be ready. Ok cool, so I asked what other drink would aid in weight loss and/or anti inflammatory benefits. She said they don't do drinks like that. Confused because these are reasons why people purchase clean juices. Since that didn't help me much I went ahead and ordered what I knew I wanted and figured we would revisit that. Not remembering what the smoothie was called I asked if I could get the smoothie made with Avocado. She asked me which one that was. That was not pleasant to have to go back into the app to find the name. Noticing how awkward this experience was getting I just told her to add a cleanse juice to my order and I'll pick one out as she makes my smoothie so I can do more research of the benefits of what was available. She wasn't helpful at all and made me feel like I interrupted what she was doing in the back. I was so disappointed that this was my experience and couldn't enjoy my beverage afterwards. Customer service is huge to me and I was really really let down. It felt like I was in there forever and I was the only customer when I walked in. I had a smoothie bowl and an Energy One Smoothie the day before and because I enjoyed it so much, I came back for a cleanse. I ordered seamlessly through the app, and called to make sure it was ready. When I arrived, they gave me a half day cleanse, and said thanks. I had to recheck because I thought it came with 6 juices, which it did. I had to tell them my order, and the young girl was like, oh yeah, we don't have all the ones you wanted, pick any two from the cooler. I ordered the cleanse specifically for what it offered. I asked if I could just get the 1/2 day and be refunded. The young lady said sure, it's in the app somewhere to get a refund. I'm not happy. At all. The place was in disarray....counters dirty with powder and food everywhere. And....the kicker, they NEVER CHANGED GLOVES! The young lady used the gloves to ring in my order, then the same gloves to fix someone else's smoothie. The other young lady washed a blender, with gloves, the proceeded to make my smoothie with the same gloves on. Not happy, not sanitary. I love supporting businesses like this, because I love smoothies amd smoothie bowls. But this was unsanitary. If DHEC visited today, they'd have a C on the door. Unhappy with today's expereince.

I hate to leave a low star review, but sadly, the quality of this food was just not worth the price. Joke is on me for buying two smoothies and two food items and spending $32...and that was before tax/delivery/tip and WITH a promotion.
The egg wrap was okay and had some flavor and the sourdough toast isn't bad. But the avocado toast was flavorless and the avocado was brown. It was really, really bad- the tomato was tough, the cucumber was bitter and tough, and it was just difficult to eat.
The smoothies were watery and lacked flavor. I'm a big smoothie drinker (such a silly thing to even say) but I have had them in chains and small local establishments of all kinds, all over the country- I was surprised with how flavorless and bad these were. I can only guess that they blend ice into the smoothies? But your money will be better spent on smoothies at a number of other places in Columbia, even Smoothie King, where they blend high quality, frozen fruit.
