Richland Library Cooper — Attraction in Forest Acres

Been going to this location for over 10 years or more, professional staff and very comfortable for me. Professionalism is very consistent at this location (Cooper Branch) and the Manager is extremely caring and kindly efficient.....! (Trenholm Road, Forest Acres) Recently, I have been asked before the summer started upon a reason of reservation of a private room, been noticing that they been having alot of librarians from other branches come to this location and asking me several questions upon doing this, I understand that changes occur in time and this was tolerable until it reach a boiling point with me to where I am no longer satisfied with this. This was a 5-star posting but "inconsistent services" have taken over this location and this is not convenient to...

Not very diverse. Host of storytime was very micro aggressive. I was leaving out with my son and there was a chair in the middle of the floor blocking us. I go to push the chair out of the way and my ONE year old points at her bright pink water bottle, to which she replies "that's MY water bottle" in a very condescending, song song tone. She hadn't acknowledged him at all until the rest of the class was clear. She'd made it a point to walk past him and acknowledge others around us until then. I ignored her to keep the peace but I did not appreciate...

What a great library! They have such a great selection of books, but their excellence spans far beyond their collection of literature. They have great study rooms, desktop computers to use, a fax machine, printer, copier, etc. It also appears to have a great section for children, as well as an easy and convenient drive-thru way to return your books. Finally, the staff has never shown anything other than the utmost level of kindness and helpfulness.
