beautiful! clean! nice equipment that gives off a vibe of santiary sanction for germaphobes like me. clean classy fun and also peaceful vibe. multiple park benches with beautiful views of trees grass and peacful areas that are not just deemed for child's play alone but also enjoyable for moms like me (aren't fans of playgrounds, germs, anxiety over potential safety issues, etc) but didn't mind-and actually enjoyed- sitting on the bench while my girls played and was in awe of natures beauty while reading a magazine, and practicing mindfulness-- which is nice and doesn't happen often. my girls actually didn't have to beg to stay longer bc I had my fair share of fun as well so we stayed longer than any other park, playground, etc. we've ever been to (countless).
located in the middle of a wealthy, safe, well known/liked neighborhood. Park is surrounded by houses all around which makes it a very nice focal point and normally would make me weary but that wasn't even a thought bc of the safe reputable community.

Only downside is that there's not adequate shade in the summer and while the fountain works, the drains are always clogged... but my dog appreciates the easy bowl of water that is left when the fountain is used! Hopefully park maintenence will eventually finish fencing the area and maybe add a rabbit wire or similar fence to the bottom half of the fence to stop runaway balls from going...
Read moreIt's a very nice playground! I love that it has an area for older babies and toddlers, as well as older children. It has the soft rubber floor around the playground equipment which is really nice.
However, when I brought my 9 month old today he managed to slice his finger on something there. It was a clean cut so it was definitely from something he was holding on to. So be careful! I went back and felt everywhere he was holding but couldn't find anything sharp.
Otherwise, he was having a great time until that happened. We'll give this place another try once he's a little older...
