I love me some Marcos pizza. My most recent experience was hectic because I didn't know that when they are low on drivers that they would send a door dash driver with the order. There was some confusion but they remade my pizzas fresh. And I am faithful to them as long as they are faithful to me. I have yet to ever have a real issue with this Marcos on forest drive. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are highly considerate and if they are not making enough I surely advise paying them more. I was one of the very few people in my situation that handled it with grace and understanding so I can only imagine the backlash they may receive from other customers do to mistakes. Keep in mind everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes. They are ALL good people and they have great pizzas in my opinion. I hope my post does get them in postion to get a raise of $1-$2 dollars. Customer species rather in Retail or on food is easy. They never have let me down and I dang sure will not allow this las my exoerinece to deter me from ordering from the and giving them MY business and those other people I know as well that I tend to tell to go to Marcos. When I am able to tip I love to do so. Sometimes I'm not able to and a pizza is convinent. And I must say each delivery person rather given a tip or not had always showed me the up most respect with a smile. now what they may say when they get to their car is none of my business or concern.    Read moreOn 7/25/20 at 4:55pm I made a online order for 2 pizza bowls. Once I made the order I called store #3373 to ask them to please send forks and napkins as I'm at a hotel. The young lady who answered the call said she will make sure I got the items with my food. When the food arrived it was delivered by a driver that was not wearing a mask or gloves. Upon paying for my food and tipping the gentleman I see there weren't any lids on the pizza bowls nor any forks or napkins. Now I have a attitude because this is the 2nd time Marcos done something wrong in the 4 days of me ordering. On calling, the manager answered my call. In a annoyed voice I explained everything. She proceeds to tell me that they never put lids on the pizza bowls (yet on the last 2 previous occasions ALL my bowls had lids on them). She then proceeds to tell me their placed in a box so that's good enough. HELLO we're living in a Covid_19 world!! We go back and forth. Me telling her why would I just make up a lie and get upset about lids if what she was saying were true. I know they come with lids because I have 4 lids sitting in the trash can, to which she hung up on me. I called back she nor the other manager would take my call. They would not bring my fork and napkins nor come get the food and give me a refund. I had to walk to a store to buy forks and napkins.    Read moreThe website isn't being updated properly. A 13 minute wait time went to 45 minutes. The wait time is almost never accurate, but it's usually only a couple of minutes off. I worked at the number one Marco's in Michigan, so I know the rush, and we didn't have online orders, but will it really slow the crew down to update the time? I'm a realist. Maybe it will. Ask anonymously or do it yourself to get a real answer. Many people were annoyed. I'm having a good day so, meh.
Edit: Went back in, and gave extra time. Pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Was told 30 minutes this time. I get it's a very busy day, but your people need to have a ticket order and know how long it takes to get through these orders. There's an average time for orders, and my crew knew them. Your crew also needs to be able to remain calm with each other and move around less. More supporting each other, less ego. Less temper, even if customers are rude. People are only upset because their times weren't accurate. If someone needs to come up to the register to give a refund they should probably stay at the register.
