Took a very very very very long time even before we gotten to the speaker. Two vehicles before us. Then once at the speaker it took a good 5 to 8 minutes after someone said one moment for them to get out that they are excepting exact change or credit card and what drinks they have left. I will get back to you about the exact change, but for now gonna explain about the length of time we actually did spend at the drive thru. So not much for drink selection. Ordered a kids meal then they asked if that was all. I wasn't done. Placed a combo number one whopper burger with cheese no tomatoes and as I'm thinking and about to say another order the lady must of been in a rush cause she repeated the two orders I had placed. So I finally placed my order. I didn't get a meal. I got a double whopper burger with cheese no tomatoes and figured to try the new jalapeno cheddar poppers (which are very tiny and glad they are under $2). Then they said our total. $22.31 So I pulled forward. I had to find the .31 and glad I had a jar of pennies in the back of my vehicle. Paid the lady and she handed the drinks. Then asked us to pull forward. I pulled forward as well as two other vehicles that was after me then a few more after them. We was waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes the first time. Finally got our food and it felt awfully light. Checked it and the double whopper with cheese no tomatoes with fries and the jalapeno cheddar poppers was in the bag. Totally forgot the whopper with cheese no tomatoes that was the order that was suppose to have the fries. So I backed up and informed them they forgot one of the whoppers. They didn't ask which one and started telling the cook to make the double whopper with cheese no tomatos. Then asked me to pull forward again cause they are on a timer. Before I did that I checked to see what whopper was really in the bag. Like I said it was the double whopper with cheese no tomatoes. So I motioned my finger for one of the workers to come to the window. I told her what whopper we was missing. So pulled forward again and again waited a good 10 to 15 minutes more which felt like 20 to 30 minutes for a single patty whopper burger. As we was waiting and more cars pulling forward waiting or even driving off a lady pulled beside us and said to us that they are horrible at customer service. I didn't have that experience. Just them taking 30 to 45 minutes of making our order and having to wait again cause they didn't complete our order. Ok so now about this exact change. I understand a shortage on change. If this is the case then why doesn't all businesses change the menu pricing to where there is no change cause not everyone is gonna be carrying a bunch of change in there pockets or in...
Read moreWe tried a the double meat whopper combo. This is an expensive burger which should be awesome. It was salty, no ketchup at all. We were pulled up so the food should have been hot but we were forgotten and I had to back up to the drive thru window finding the cashier sitting on the edge of a table
I asked where is our food. There's nothing in there that requires more than 12 minutes and we'd been there for more than 15 minutes. We paid over $30.00 for our meal. When we arrived home only 3 minutes away a bite into our food prove our burger was cold.
The French fries were over cooked and dry. We only ate half of our burger and only 8 to 10 fries and couldn't eat any more. In appearance the burger was beautiful but salty when ketchup goes into a burger unless asked to hold it.
We were moving so all condiments were packed. We received condiment's from them but only mustard.

Ok update! Last week we tried again changing from Whopper to a fish sandwich. My son ordered his normal whopper combo on this order but I was disappointed again.
I'm 70 they don't think! All these years I know when meat is reheated in the microwave. Reheating deep fried food and a wrapped bun becomes hard to chew. It was like I was chewing starburst candy chews. It was hard to chew and swollen. We live only 13 minutes away but we took our meals home to eat.
We stayed in that line the only customers ordering food. It was around one in the afternoon during the week. The black woman was so nice and professional so you can imagine my disappointment when I took two bites and had problems swallowing.
He had no ketchup on his sandwich and the tiny onion had disappeared into the bun. Mine was just a fish filet on a bun no tartar sauce but the cheese slice had melted into the bun also. I said now this is why all the doors are wide open, deserted customers, and only two people working. The meat was a veggie burger and it wasn't off the grill. We could smell the grill from inside so you'd think your sandwich was coming directly off the grill not the fish.
This Burger King is just off I75 close to the Farmers Market. I don't want to confuse this one that is 3 or 4 miles down...
Read moreThe whole store is filthy. Nobody has experience, managers are always fighting instead of working together to secure a common objective Horrible staff, horrible managers. The General Manager Sheata Thompson is very unprofessional and very unsanitary. I watched her scratch her nasty balding weave with gloves on and go touch a sandwich. Disgusting. She is the worst g.m that has ever ran that store hence their low score. She fails to take responsibility for her store and her failures and continues to destroy professionalism with her attitude, her irresponsibility, and the fact that her own son despises her. She attempts to get people she doesn’t like fired while she sells illegal drugs to her employees for labor and money. The Area Director Crystal Jones-Peck is very unprofessional and has no experience running stores at all, hence her failure to do her job efficiently and professionally. She fails to hold her general managers accountable and attempts to speak to people as though they are inferior to her even though she has no experience in basic management. She physically assaulted me with a scraper and became upset when I reported her to Human Resources. She created a bluff and tried to make it seem as thought the V.P of the region was going to fire me for reporting her. The assistant manager Tiajuana Compton is also very unprofessional and unsanitary like her best friend Sheata. She has no experience in anything she does and earns her advancements by brown nosing to Sheata and attempting to sabotage her coworkers jobs in order to secure her own. Instead of learning how to run a shift, she brags to her coworkers about how she cheats on her boyfriend who she has kids with. Dirty stores, ratchet staff, nasty unclean areas, roaches everywhere, misssing money, long waits, lengthy complaints, food never fresh, food on the floor, Pathetic. Corporate please come take this store back. This store gives burger...
