Rude people. I can't post any photos because I sign in the store said they would sue me if I took photos. Cashier made two double charges for single items that I caught in parking lot. Went back in, they fixed.

2nd visit was checking price at register on rolling papers and hemp wraps. Cashier told me I couldn't buy these items without a tobacco license. This is incorrect, ignorant and rude. I continued to shop anyway.

I went to checkout with several boxes of rolling papers. Manager told me I would be limited to 10 items due to a tobacco shortage. I informed them none of the items I am buying contain any tobacco. They insist on limiting me. Keep in mind this is a wholesale distributor.

Was promised a price match on a specific item that was out of stock by manager on previous visit. I returned with my invoice with item price. Now they won't honor the price match or even lower the price. Was able to checkout with limited items. Minimum purchase is $300 but they limit you? Will be talking to owner.

I guess the manager informed the cashier she was wrong about needing a tobacco license for rolling papers being I checked out no problem. I tried to buy an item 4 times in 4 visits and they can't tell me the price. Will be trying a 5th time.

My next visit I am checking out with vacuum storage jars by the case. The same cashier that harassed me a previous visit came over from another checkout and said these ones cost more because they're Bob Marley. She proceeded to pull some of the containers out of the cases. By the way these aren't Bob Marley or even close. I asked to speak to the manager and I tell him what's happening and he looks at me with blank stare with no remarks.

Okay I've been shopping here for awhile. I have yet to check out correctly. They are terrible at their job or they're doing it on purpose. Always charging you more for more than you bought and then when you bring it to their attention they want you to get more merchandise. They talk Hindi in front of you to each other so you can't tell what they're saying, which is extremely rude. It's even more rude when I understand what you're saying. I am the owner of a hookah business. I came into the building to create an account and buy supplies for a big event. I had my tobacco licenses, business license, LLC certificate with me. However, I was denied the opportunity to create an account, to look around and shop. The customer service was rude. They spoke to my mother and sister in a matter of we didn’t belong there. It was very disrespectful. I don’t appreciate the customer service I received and I absolutely don’t appreciate the way they treated my mother.
