Don Burrito Grill 2 — Restaurant in Forest Park

Absolutely a horrible location with horrible workers. We frequently attend this location and we have seen it downgrade as the years continue. The workers are nasty with both sanitary practices and attitudes while also taking over 30-40 minutes for orders to come out. My absolute last straw with this location was when we ordered as a family: two tortas( one Hawaiian and Asada) and when we went to pick it up, they were trying to hand us a Cuban torta which we did explain to the Hispanic lady working at the counter that everyone clearly heard him say Hawaiian and she said they refuse to remake it since she was apparently convinced that a Cuban torta was ordered. So, I had to repay another 10 dollars for another torta simply because the young lady had a nasty attitude and did not try to accommodate us even though we had already spent over 50 dollars at the establishment. If you value your time and energy, do not come to this location because all they do is look at you nasty and have ugly attitudes toward...

Food was disgusting, the rice over cooked ,soggy nasty.. how can you mess up beans? Disgusting .. it took almost 50 minutes to get my money back because they told me they don’t even give money back.
