Just passing along my recent experience so others can use their own judgement. This past Saturday morning shortly after 11am, my son and I dined in for breakfast bar. We both ordered the same thing, water and bar. BB had close to nothing....some rice, 1 biscuit, bacon and about 3 servings of eggs. We finally received our water about halfway through eating. Received no silverware, had to go looking for that and get it myself. Finally after about 25 minutes we decided to leave since no one made an attempt to service the BB. I asked to speak with a manager to voice my concern. I spoke with their GM Kirk. He informed me our server took 1 of the BB off for the wait for water but that he still had to charge me $10 for a scoop of eggs and a couple pieces of bacon because it's the 'best he could do'. I asked if I could just get with their DM over it, he said he can't give out anymore free food and that no one told him the BB was empty. He finally told me to 'go, just go, it's fine just go'...I assumed it was the Manager job to make sure things are getting done. I saw him walk around the restaurant and never once checked on the BB. I did speak with corporate and was told it was their first day open in the dining room after over a year so things are still trying to get working again. I've been a customer of Frisch's for my entire life. Always enjoyed the food. This is the closest location to my home, but I will never eat at this...
Read moreEXCEEDED my expectations, I am currently visiting my family here and they treated me to a meal on them. I’ve only been to been to Frisch’s once in my entire life with my college roommate. It was in the evening time and he told me to order the hot fudge cake…
Fast forward to the present time, of course I had to get that to see if it was still amazing (it still is). Enough about the great food Frisch’s has, this about the staff and their efforts towards amazing customer service. Which in today’s society is a lost art unfortunately, safe to say the current members of this Frisch’s Big Boy are doing their best to keep quality customer service alive.
I want to highlight a professional that was working on the drive thru, first and foremost, she had the upmost/patience with my family and I as we were laughing and having a grand time due to not seeing each other for some time. Ms. Natasha shared the menu with us, made suggestions, gave her opinion on what she eats/likes and so much more to be honest. I could go on and on, because I enjoy a quality experience and that’s what I received. The manager on duty I believe her name was Ms. K., or something of that realm, I can’t recall right now but she was the sweetest, you can tell she has a passion for her staff and the environment. Keep at it please, whatever y’all are doing there spread that love to other fast...
Read moreI was at the Mc'D drive thru and said oh wow, that "Frisch's" is still open or re-opened. I went to the drive through and ordered what I would get previously. A super big boy extra cheese (I know it comes with cheese) and extra tarter sauce. Food came quickly and staff was friendly. Well to my surprise when I arrived home. This is not Frisch's. I should have know when they closed the chain, they closed the commissary where the items came from, whatever happened all I got was a soggy mess with meat patties that did not resemble or taste like meat, but the pre-pressed form of what a burger party is suppose to look/taste like. The first signal was the size of the patty matching the bun size....once I got past all the extra "tartar", that typically came in a packet when you asked for extra tartar. "Frisch's" patties were smaller, tasted good an an irregular shape, smaller than bun size granted but tasted like meat. I'm sorry, I tried it an it was a fail. This is NOT the "Frisch's" I'm used to. Had I not of been in a hurry to get across town. I would have definitely returned it after the first bite (I did give it a try). Some things just can't be matched I guess....
