Horrible experience and fraudulent servers. I will not return nor recommend. Period.

My husband and I tried this place out a couple weeks back on a Saturday night around 9pm. The drinks are overpriced, and never have I ever seen an establishment charge a tip/ service fee for two people. We were cordial, and were prepared to "over tip" as we usually do. I have worked for tips, and commission before so I understand the nature of the business.

When we got the bill, there was not only a built in service fee/tip; the waitress lied about it when asked. She (Dairy) and another waitress prepared the biggest pack of lies to explain the reason for the built in tip. They advised that they have NOTHING to do with it and it is from the manager to cover food preparation in the back. When I reminded them both that neither me nor my husband had anything to eat, all they could do was shrug their shoulders as if to say "I don't know". I immediately went to a female manager with glasses and complained. She seemed very nonchalant as if she could care less, or perhaps she was a part of the collusion. Either way, this was enough for us to decide to warn our family/friends to never try this place out. With such lack of integrity from the ladies handling my credit card and management, it has me constantly checking my bank statement for other possible fraudulent activity. bitter sweet..visited JB's on a 5-24-19 music was pretty cool.. The Dj did his thing..Not sure if its the same Dj from when i visited a few months back or if you guys have Dj's on different days) but Man KEEP THIS PERSON... He did a great job... As for the atmosphere is was WHAT I NEEDED... everyone was okay..great vibes and all..the ONLY problem i had was the food..you dont get what u pay for..i ordered twice and each time i felt cheated..the waitress assured me that the kitchen staff weighs and counts the fries which are ONLY about 9 french fries .. I laughed but she was serious.. The food took an hour to reach me and was a little cold... The wings were so tiny i SWEAR .. ps,Tax was 3.00 on each purchase .. This is my HONEST review..god bless and have a GREAT...

The owner was mad because of the fact that my grandma had passed a few days before New Years and I couldn't work , therefore I was never put on the schedule again and that's was not right . When I told her my great grandma had died she told me told me that , me not working would mess up her money there . I use to work here and it's just very unprofessional , the owner has her dog there and she doesn't know how to communicate with employees . The food here is never really cooked all the way . The pool tables are never working . If you want somewhere decent just find somewhere...
