Having been to this location before, I knew not to expect much but my most recent visit will be my last after what happened... The situation could have been avoided entirely if the employees have been paying attention or took a little pride in what they were doing. All I asked for was a sandwich I'd had many times before, straight off the menu nothing special about what I wanted. It took me a minute to find a table to sit down because everything was dirty, after sitting down and taking a few bites I noticed that it didn't taste like it usually did. I then splayed my footlong open, dug through the wadded ingredients to make sure that I wasn't wrong. I said to my friend sitting across from me "this doesn't have any avocado, That's the best part!" My tone was surprised and dismayed but I was not at any point rude or mean. The employees were not but a few feet away behind the counter so they heard me and they began arguing with me in front of other customers that were in line telling me no that I was wrong, that it was between the cheese and the turkey or something but I was looking and digging and there was none there,. The only thing green was lettuce. At this point I'm standing up to walk out and as I'm going out the door they say oh we're making you another sandwich and I said no I don't want another sandwich, with terrible attitudes yours that there's no telling what you will do (the counter is not set up like subway where you can see everything that's going on, it's obscured)
Also gave them a two dollar tip as they were making my sandwich. My foot long combo (smallish drink and a bag of chips) with tip was $20!!!!! absolutely...
Read moreSo, we walked in, having never been to a Jimmy John's before..... employees completely disinterested if we were there or not..... um.... we looked over the menu..... everything sounds delicious and we find it hard to decide.... so we ask the person who is "impatiently awaiting our order" what his favorite is.... only to have him look behind himself in disgust and his reply was "I don't eat that stuff" ????? ..... Well, ok then! We decide on two different sandwiches....And have to "request" things that are already showing on the menu that they come with?????..... um ok..... we order drinks and get an "eye roll" as though we are asking a bit much to get drinks too? ooooooooooooooh my!!! We get our food, sit down to eat and realize we have not napkins..... we are told we need to reach behind the counter (next to the register.....no less) to get them ourselves)
As we are sitting there questioning our choice of lunch venues..... a JJ employee comes in with a bag from the Wendy's down the street, sits down in the booth behind us, and proceeds to eat her lunch ....(Wendys)
I do not know who owns this Franchise, or if it is not a Franchise, home office needs to do some quality control..
The sandwich was substandard..... um, it could have something to do with the ambiance.... I dunno..... but seriously.... if you want a JJ sandwich..... DON'T come to this one.....

Read morePlaced an order for me and my coworkers online (6 people) shortly after placing order I received a call from a very rude employee Anazah R. Saying that is considered a catering order and has to be placed 24 hours in advance and that they don’t have enough bread that they have to void my order. I asked if we all came in and order separately they wouldn’t be able to make 6 subs? She proceeds to raise her voice saying no we don’t have enough bread and they can’t make the subs and that the order is voided. A while later I call back asking for confirmation of the voided order and receive a picture via text from a now very rude assistant manager Brian. They had as cancellation reason on the voided order receipt as party cancelled and I asked him to change that to company’s fault or not having enough bread because not being able to make 6 sandwiches is wild. He responds with “ If we wouldn't have had other large catering orders, we would've had enough. Also, there were other things that prevented us from fulfilling the order. But that's not your concern. We are handling the issue. But have a great day anyway.” Please explain on us not receiving our food not our concern but okay. I’ve now contacted corporate and filled a claim and 4 days later still have not received any...
