I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location! I knew something was wrong when several cars before me kept pulling off, without placing a order. I Waited in line for well over 15 minutes until I finally decided to pull up to the 2nd window where staff was standing around talking, finally a guy came to the window and asked what I need, and I told him I wanted to place an order but nobody is mandating the drive thru. I asked him was it closed, he replied "no". I asked can I place my order, and someone in the background yelled " tell her to go back around" , after refusing the voice I heard finally revealed herself and told me she can't take my order from the 2nd window so bag back to the first on, no one was behind me so I reversed my car backwards to the first window where I thought someone would be waiting for me,, but to my surprise no one was there and i waited another 7 to 8 minutes. Now a total of 23 minutes later, and Finally being fed up and putting my car in drive a girl come to the window, opens it,, and once again I'm asked "what I needed". I replied back that I wanted to place an order, and I been waiting in line for a very Long Time, the girl said ok and asked what I wanted to order. My children wanted a Milkshake but I was told the machine was down, they were disappointed and had to Settle for a sweettea, that was not sweet, fries that wasn't fresh, and all around negative vibes. I will never visit this location again. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! This review will go on every platform that I have, including Google, and BBB because this was not ok. No one ever apologized, or anything. Very sad and disappointed. Shut the entire restaurant down NO BODY there deserve a job!...

She questioned me as if I was making this story up. About this $5 sandwich they still had in their possession when I got home last week she took my name and put it in the "book"...not 1 time did she say please retain your receipt... Or my name is such and such, I'm thw manager please remember it or write it down.. Sooooo when I went there today First question she asked- do you have ypur receipt? I said yes and produced it. Next question do you remember who you talked to... I said no the lady over the phone said "I am the manager and we have your sandwich RIGHT HERE" I'm thinking what good is that going to do me I'm now at home after doing a 12 hr shift I can't drive back because I'm so tired forget it... O this is just protocol we have to do it the correct way. Ok I understand that but why not inform me of this protocol when we were on the phone last week instead of making me feel like some kind of theif and acting like this $5 was coming out of her pocket... Smh...visit at ypur own risk... Side note: Not the first time they gave me incorrect food... 3rd times a charm... You will not get me again... Hahaha... You got me... jokes...
Read moreI order a kids meal with my meal and they send my baby food out with the box open. Y'all so unprofessional and that was unhealthy and unsanitary. That let me know y'all don't care about y'all customers and they kids. If I didn't send it back my baby could've got sick. Y'all need to do better. Went back to mcdonald's today and order 2 number ones, with extra mc sauce on it. It was to messy and one had cheese and we didn't ask for it. The young lady in the back window didn't call the order back like she was train to do, then she didn't say thank you after she gave my husband card back. Y'all just hiring anybody and not properly training them. DO BETTER WITH HIRING. Y'all putting new folks on the table and holding up the line and stuff Y'all need to keep people that know what they are doing on shift instead of sending them home this McDonald's need to be closed down half of the mangers ain't no good lie on employees to make themselves look good, they put season on the meat if I come up there and order and my food have to much salt on it I will sue Y'all and with that being said Y'all need a new GM cause he doesn't know how to run a store they don't have the right stuff for the food they always running out of stuff...
