I have been having problems with this particular location for quite a while now. The last time I went there before this time, they had changed the price of a Coke and I didn't know it so I thought that the lady gave me the wrong change back and I said something to the guy at the next window and he made a whole spectacle out of it and made me look and feel really stupid instead of just telling me that the price of the soda had gone up 40¢. And I really didn't want to go back except for my boyfriend was hungry and asked specifically for McDonald's and it's the closest one to our house. So I go today, I placed a mobile order and get to first window, got my receipt (thank goodness bc I usually don't bother with it since I have it in the app and my banking app). Get to the second window, I was given 1 of 2 drinks, and after a few minutes he comes back to the window and asks me what else I had. I tell him a coke, 2 sandwiches and a fry. He gets upset and asks for my receipt (which he never gave back). Now a woman starts yelling at me that someone has already taken it outside, that it's already gone. I'm sitting there confused, not sure why I'm being yelled at for their mistake, but then she goes down to the door and yells for me to pull up, and suddenly there's a kid walking from around the other side of the building with our food. It's 23° at the time, the entire order is cold and gross by the time I got it home, which is not even 5 minutes drive away on the exact same road!! The people taking the orders are usually awesome, the people who handle the money and that at the first window are great. But by the time I get to the second window I wind up being angry and frustrated every single time. I absolutely refuse to go back to this same location anymore, this is just ridiculous. There's no reason for them to treat customers the way they do. I have worked at many different restaurants and I understand that customers can be frustrating at times but I always make sure to display my manners to all customer service reps no matter what industry but especially fast food workers, but to be disrespected by them in return is unacceptable. I'm telling them please, thank you, have a good day....they're yelling at me and giving me ice cold...
Read moreI get that employees aren't always up for an achievement award but the underachiever that served me eventually was comical- I had to get her attention at the service point by coughing loudly (with a mask on) to distract her from her phone to order. Once she got it she sauntered to the 'safe space' of the drive through window to 'serve customers their drinks'(actually back on the phone and ignoring the drinks orders piling up). She slipped twice on the already dirty floor & then went to the bathroom where I can only assume she was texting further. The baby changing area was in the ladies which as a male asked her if it was ok to use- no sanitation bin in the restroom and a pile of used papers was in the corner so the diapers had to join it. She ignored me as I returned to ask for the cup tops that were not stocked despite there not being any significant queue in the place from when I entered or exit, ignored me and then the manager finally came to my aid and must have told her to do it. Which she done in a huff. I don't expect world class service but this was a joke. The area wasn't very clean (found fries on 4 empty tables, smears on other things) and IT WASN'T BUSY! wouldn't recommend a stop here in the future unless your...

My Mom Grandma And two 5 year old kids with a little Baby Boy in the car so the 2 Car lanes were full of Cars in both lanes and we sat there for in between 15 - 30 Minutes and we still sat there waiting to order food. This particular location deserves a 1 star rating because there was 15 cars in the parking lot and there was 15 - 30 Cars waiting for either to order or to get there food so nobody was moving at all so we lefted and I don’t know what was going on at the location that made it so Extremely slow but My Mom wasted her time trying to get food from this McDonald’s location and didn’t even get to order yet. I did not like the way the 2 lanes were set up because somebody was behind us and we couldn’t get out because when you pull into the drive thru the sidewalk was wavy and you had a centimeter of room so it was extremely hard for my mom to pull out of the drive thru and we ended up having to go to the McDonald’s in Fairfield: 563 Nilles Rd Fairfield, OH ...
