
We love their food but the service has just failed over and over again. We ordered lunch for curbside to go and once again we're sadly disappointed. The order stated it would be ready 12:49 and I called at 12:53 and was told they were working on the order and were busy, it would be a few minutes. No problem I understand busy days, and I let her know I was front and what I was in so they would know. After watching others arrive, wait in line, and come back out with food a few times I decided to go in and check on my food at 1:22... 30 mins after I called in. There were 5 employees total and when I entered 2 were not even busy at that moment. There was no line, everyone had been served that I could see, I was it. There sat my order on the counter in the back with the words "Red Truck Out Front" written on the receipt. I have no clue how long it was sitting there but obviously they had no intentions of bringing curbside as the order had been placed. When I arrived home we discovered our order and someone else's inside ours with one part of our order missing. My wife called and spoke to a manager who apologized and blamed "being very busy today." She is refunding the missing item but kept saying there isn't anything she can do.
If this had been the first time I'd probably chalk it up to being busy but consistently when ordering online for curbside it has been like this over and over. I always want to support family and small business, and we do love their food. In the future however we will have to choose elsewhere because consistently the service has been greatly lacking. What I've experienced is a lack in management not staffing, as a manager(s) I hope they are able to streamline or correct these problems for other customers in the future.

We dine in today.Rainy around 60 degree today. Sitting eating it was getting colder inside place.We asked the girl if they could maybe turn heat on just for alittle bit. She told us that this location doesn't turn heat on days like this ever. They need the ac to keep the show cases with cupcakes in them to stay cold. They work with the room temperature. My daughter came back and told me that.Thats is a dumb thing to tell a customer. Guess that mean we need to stay freezing inside our homes so the Refrigerator keeps our food cold.??? Called location in Garland the girl said the owner likes it to stay around 71 degrees. Also was going to ask if she can make it warmer.
