We got 2 of the two meat plates. We both like spicy but the ribs are dry and overpowering with cayenne pepper. The regular sausage & jalapeño sausage were both shriveled and way overcooked. Potato salad was mushy, & needed salt because there was no flavor. We were excited to try this place & had high expectations since they took over a BBQ place that was there previously (they retired). Only positive was the Texas twinkies, they were good, but ETT has better (if you know, you know). If you have anyone who can’t handle spice, this place is not for them or kids because all you taste is cayenne pepper. I want the BBQ spices, and the smoke flavor, does not do it here. No Doubt is hands-down our new favorite BBQ spot in town! They’ve taken over a location that was already a local favorite, but somehow they’ve made it even better. My husband and I ordered the loaded potatoes with brisket and sausage, and they were absolutely incredible—packed with flavor and smoked to perfection.

And let me just say… their mac and cheese? The best in town, no question. Creamy, cheesy, and downright addictive.

On top of the amazing food, the crew working there is just as impressive. Super friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about what they’re serving. The whole experience felt like a warm hometown hug—with a side of killer BBQ.
