Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Collins

There are a number of reasons I choose going Dutch to you Elizabeth St. location! I was considering a number of coffee shop or restaurants this morning but the comfortable seating and casual youthful atmosphere drew me here, again! The other coffee shop options do not have the homey and physical comfort your chairs offer where I can relax and read without back or butt pain! Even though I am 71 young I have felt only positive vibes here! Regardless of the long line of cars for to go orders, your baristas are on it knocking out drinks quickly! I was barista for a few years so I know what it takes! Thanks Gals and Guys! Other than a customer continuously coughing without mask and obviously I’ll, I like this place but I do wish she were asked to at least wear a mask or leave for the health of everyone else! Recently, I moved back to AZ and I sure do miss the dutch family on Elizabeth. Over the last 3 years I have gone to this location almost EVERYDAY. I know that might sound a bit extreme, but is true. The atmosphere and team always made me feel welcomed. Rain, heat, or snow, they were always out grinding and putting smiles on people's faces. It was incredible to witness the love and passion for what all of the team members were doing. I will miss everyone dearly, and they will all hold a special place in my heart and memories. The last few times I’ve been in it’s takes me over 10 minutes to get someone’s attention just to pick up my mobile order. Saying “excuse me” or waving to get an employees attention did nothing as they would look at me and continue helping by the drive thru orders as if they never saw me. I understand that it’s busy in the morning but waiting over 10 min when there’s no more than 2 cars in line is ridiculous especially considering my drink has already been made and ready every time. It should not take 10 minutes for someone to just hand me a drink. Several times once I finally got a staffs attention they were very rude to me. I can’t get my morning coffee anymore because I can’t loose my job being late over a coffee....
