Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Some of the worst customer service. Very convenient to get coffee before grocery shopping but it’s odd that the stockers in the store have better attitudes than the baristas at the Starbucks. Ordered at 3pm 12/17/23 and the gentleman in the mask was awful. Very rude when ordering, and wouldn’t even call out names for drinks and then was rude when you asked if that was your drink. This is not the first bad experience I have had there and specifically with this one barista. Management should definitely try to improve the customer service moral and give this particular barista...

My favorite Starbucks in King Soopers. All of the employees are very kind, helpful and nice. They remember your name and order. They are also super fast! No matter how long the line is, it moves quickly and efficiently. No confusing waiting line for your order to be picked up as they are made to order and are so fast, you'll literally have your beverage shortly...

Normally have a pleasant experience here but today was just awful. Gal behind the counter absolutely sucked the life from me before i even got to the counter and when i did get up to order wasn’t even acknowledged.
