Always like the pizza but am getting tired of the long delivery times. Most times I can expect 2 hour delivery which is ridiculous. Today it was 2 1/2 hours and when it arrived everything was cold. Called to talk to the manager and after saying I don’t want to give you excuses gave me several excuses as to why the long wait. First it was national pizza day. Then added a fight on TV. Then added it was Saturday. All things that were know or should have been known for months. Manager offered to give me a 50% refund which I thought was very generous. Then told me that would come to $8 off my bill. Well my order was $50 and his math was off. Turns out he meant to say 50% off my pizza only. Good food but if you select delivery best to order early or plan ahead for long wait times. Figured the longer they were open the better it would get but so far they haven’t figured out how to deliver a pizza in under 2 hours no matter what day of the week or what national holiday is going on.
Update: 4/23/20 Decided to give Krazy Karl’s another chance. Knowing it takes several hours for delivery I ordered early at 5pm. Was told estimated delivery time would be 7:30pm. Showed up “early” at 6:50pm for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of Mt Dew. Like past orders it came incomplete without the drink. When I called the store to get a refund for the drink the manager didn’t even care my order was incomplete. I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes for their driver to get me a soda. I will give high praise to the driver who ended up going to the store closer by to complete my order. Of course no communication between store and driver, huge waste of time. They can take my money instantly but was told 2 days for a refund. Even told the manager I wanted a refund because of past problems and I was trying to give a local business another chance considering the hard times right now. Manager clearly didn’t care or even apologize. Good pizza but expect extremely long wait times and no...
Read moreGreat customer service. The boneless wings were the right value if not better for what i got. The bar staff and waitresses were friendly.
updated (4/21/2017): As I have started to go to this location more, I noticed two things that forced me to dock 1 star. While everything before is the same, the first thing i noticed and not such a big deal that if you order something that needs to be cooked it takes time to get it cooked and out to you. The second and biggest problem I noticed about this place is that the owner has zero customer service knowledge, and really sucks at doing his job. He showed up while I was having lunch, some of us were watching ESPN and he just came by and changed 2 of the 3 TVs to soccer so he could watch soccer. One of the TVs was behind him, so he would have to turn around to watch it from where he was sitting. He didn't ask the rest of us and he went back to his table and sat down. To me, if you are working, then why in the hell do you have it on soccer when the rest of us don't want to watch that? But If you are watching soccer, then why in the heck do you have your crap all spread out like you want to work, but aren't. This is the 2nd time the owner has done this to guests. Also while I was there the bartender was the only one working and she was swamped with tasks. While she didn't mind to be that swamped, the owner took no regard to help her out to make her life a little easier or to make customer experience better. This owner is not a guy that anyone should want to model them selves to be like. I might not come back to this location, and if I do I am going to make sure he isn't there and if he comes in I am cashing out and leaving...
Read moreI made my first and last visit to Krazy Karl's. When I sat down there was a menu in front of me. Same menu that was located all over the restaurant. Stated: Monday Dine in Special. I noticed, since it was Monday. Boneless Chicken Wings, .33 cents each minimum 4. Must order a drink. Stated the menu. I ordered a glass of wine, and the boneless chicken wings. After a bit, the bartender asked if I wanted them to go. I said the special was for dine in only. She then informed there were no special on the chicken wings on Monday. I pointed to the menu. Her reply: Don't pay attention to the menu, we don't have those specials anymore. Chalk board on the wall shows the daily specials. ( Specials were listed on the menu for the days of the week. No matter what day of the week that you ordered their Dine in Specials, the whole section of the menu would be in error.) I thought that was a bit False advertising. Since the definition of a menu is: The main purpose of a menu is to communicate food offerings and prices. According to a government statue: §238.1 Bait advertisement. No advertisement containing an offer to sell a product should be published when the offer is not a bona fide effort to sell the advertised product. Guide 1
So I informed the server to abandon my order, since the advertised pricing was not going to be honored as per stated on their menu. The Monday Dine in Special went from $1.32 to $4.99. Which the later was removed...
