Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Collins

I was visiting my dear cousin and was just coming here to get a Starbucks. I walk up to the front counter and it took the lady 5 minutes to get my order and after she was talking about how she wanted someone else to take her shift, and I feel that it wasn't very professional. And then after I ordered, my cousin was about to order and the lady named Lake was talking to her fellow employee instead of talking to the customer that is helping pay for their minimum wage or more. I dont EVER drink Starbucks but I was given a gift card so I came into this location to try something.. and Leigh made me the best drink I have ever had from any coffee shop. I can’t even lie, I’m a die hard Human bean lover but THIS coffee trumps anything I could get there. She needs a raise, she always washes her hands, she so friendly, she’s fast.. I can’t express how valuable people like her are. It’s hard to find people like that. I ordered coffee off of the Starbucks mobile app and after arriving to pick it up, I was told that they were unable to make it due to not having the correct syrups. I was okay with that and asked if I then could have a refund and the manager told me that it was complicated and that I had to get another drink. Even with making note of my dietary restrictions, she made a false statement claiming all drinks with oat milk have the same nutrition which was not a solution I could do.
