I'll start with the real technical review and then get to the anecdote that makes me feel I should write this: never had a bad coffee there, had a few that were maybe too sweet, but I've got the biggest Sweet Tooth out of most folks I know so that's no complaint for me. Service: 10/10, Coffee: 10/10, Pumpkin Pie Blender: Holy Mother, get this thing and thank me later. Now for the anecdote (TW for Dog Death (sort of)) and My Wife and I went to Dutch Bros to get Pumpkin Pie Drinks and we had our Dog Heidi in the Car. Now.. we went there on our last day with her when she was to be put down at home that following afternoon. I held my Baby in my arms and they offered a pup cup, which we partially went there for her to get, and we were admittedly crying. They saw and asked if we were fostering her, and that it was her "last day" in foster, and we told them it was her other "last day" after having her for 8 years, and not only did they have words of comfort for us, they comped our entire order and they even gave our baby sprinkles and all the fixins and the man at the window gave us very kind words of encouragement and condolences for the hardest day of our lives, talked about how pretty and sweet she is, she was our first we had to make the call on and honestly it helped so much. While nothing can help something like that, necessarily, they made our day just that much better and easier, and I'm going to get Pumpkin Pie Drinks and Pup cups for our Babies we still have every September 9th on Heidi Day. Thank you Dutch Bros, y'all are real ones, and I'll never forget the little kindness...
Read moreThis review is specifically for the Dutch Bro's on Timberline. This is hands down the BEST coffee shop in Colorado. I'll get cocky, take it a step further and even say the best in the US. Come fight me if you happen to disagree. Customer service is TOP NOTCH and my drink tastes the same every single time (Golden Eagle Freeze). I'm just blown away by how awesome the people are who work here, such a good group of guys and girls. Always respectful, enthusiasm is through the roof, very kind and are always professional. Some of the most realest people I get to deal with every day, which is a rarity in itself. To say they go above & beyond would be an understatement, almost an insult. They really do take good care of their customers. While I simply am just another customer buying coffee every day, I will always appreciate how I'm never treated like that. It feels more like I'm seeing all of my good friends for the 5 - 10 minutes that I'm there. This is the ONLY DB I go to, and it will stay that way (no offense to the other stores). Dutch Bro's, you are very lucky to have the employees you do! I'd be extremely confused to hear or see any opposing opinions about this store or the people who work here. And if there are, show me another group of GREAT people that can bust their a$$ and do what my DB Fam can,...
Read moreI don’t ever write reviews but this is something I feel I should share. I’m a mom of 3 and work over 40 hours a week in management. Today was especially exhausting having multiple school conferences at different schools. Anyways in between I told the kiddos that we’d stop to get hot coco at their favorite place... Dutch Bro’s! We get there, I order only to realize I’d left my card somewhere during my busy day. Our barista didn’t even bat an eye when he offered to take care of our beverages and asked us to just pay our next visit. Now I could see this happening if I was a regular but living in central FoCo & working at a breakfast joint in old town means my visits are few and far between. Needless to say this completely made my day, I was shown compassion & understanding in a situation that most would have just shrugged off and sent me on my way without coco and very disappointed kiddos. So bottom line Dutch Bro’s you’re doing something right, you’re people are great. I’ll be back tomorrow to pay in full and grab another...
