I have to be brutally honest here. I came here for a Father’s day lunch with my mom and my stepdad. We are Vietnamese. We recently moved up from Denver and this is the second Pho restaurant they’ve been been to, and first time here. We were regularly going to Pho Duy in Denver on S Federal, and that was where we always went. Most times, for me it’s good enough for me to eat and i’m not as picky. Today I have never been to a worse “Pho” or “Vietnamese” restaurant. Today I ordered the Rice plate with pork. B2. & I was literally shocked at what was brought out. Not only was the meat portion just enough for a small child, the egg rolls were veggie.. and the fish sauce is something i myself could make at home by googling “simple fish sauce recipe”. Google “Com Suon Nuong” or “Com Dac Biet” to know how the meat should look in this dish. As for my my parent’s Pho. My step dad couldn’t even finish his bowl because it was just so disappointing and dissatisfying. My mom finished her bowl because well, growing up in poverty she could never waste food. The broth is key in Pho, and I had a bowl of soup that came as a part of my dish.. and at the end I tried it, and it tastes like the broth you get when you make instant pho noodles.. or maybe a can of beef broth is closer… The server was nice. She was the only one working, and luckily it wasn’t busy on a Saturday at 1pm. She asked how everything was, and I didn’t have to heart to truly tell her how bad the meal was. But i asked if this restaurant had the same owner as the one in Denver. She said No, and I asked if the owner was Vietnamese and she said No. When my mom went to pay, and I could hear the server ask if everything was good, and when I asked my mom how she responded she said she could only smile. & the server said she knew it didn’t taste like Vietnamese food. We will not be coming here again. I would hesitate to try the other dishes if they were free.

Placed an order recently and had our food delivered. When it got here we were missing an entire order and the orders that we did get were not complete. An order of pho normally comes with a sauces (like it normally does at the restaurant). The restaurant failed to complete our order. We even tried calling to get the issue resolved. To our surprise they argued that the kitchen included the sauces. The sauces 100% did not come with our order. We have ordered from this exact restaurant for years and ultimately had to reorder the 1st order that were missing and then drove to the restaurant to pick it up. Once we arrived the restaurant tried charging us extra for the missing sauces. We declined to pay for something that should’ve have been included with our order to begin with. The restaurant then advised us they subtract the price of the sauces but when we got the receipt it was the same price. To my surprise they added 2 “to go charge” to the order. WOW. They subtract the sauces but then added another fee just to screw us over. This message is not about the sauces. The sauces are like $1. This is about ruining someone’s afternoon because a restaurant who is failing at customer service. I can confidently say this will be the last time we order from here. There is so many better Pho restaurants in Fort Collins. Bye

We placed an order to go. Usually, the food is pretty good. This time was our last time ever visiting, and with their attitude, I hope they aren't in business much longer. My son picked up our order of 2 pho, 2 sesame chicken, and a fried rice. The total was over $70. When he got home, we opened the sesame chicken and found 7 pieces of sesame chicken in one order, 6 on the other. When we called, the manager said to come back up. My son arrived back at the restaurant and was handed a small Styrofoam container with a few more pieces in it. He asked why it was so few and was told, "Chicken is expensive." At $18.00 per order, we expect more than $.25 worth of rice and $.25 worth of broccoli with a few pieces of chicken. Picture attached. The "manager" was upset that my son wouldn't allow him to be disrespectful to him and asked him to leave after explaining that the rice and broccoli were plentiful, and chicken was expensive. I called back up there and was offered a refund on one of the orders, which we accepted. Lesson learned: After being a regular patron, we will not be returning. Picture of what an $18.00 meal at Pho Duy consists of. Have a look at the pictures of the same dish on their site... any resemblance?

This was my favorite place to get pho in Fort Collins for a long time. But recently my pick up orders either haven’t been complete or wrong. I ordered online through the website, my order came with 3 shrimp when I paid for an extra 3 shrimp. In this visit I also paid for an extra hoisin sauce and that didn’t come with my order. (and they charge a lot for 3 extra shrimp but that’s besides the point). I called and the host answered and told me the manager would get in touch with me tomorrow bc they don’t usually offer refunds. She was apologetic and super sweet, but the manager never called me. The refunded me for the shrimp but not the sauce I was missing. The next time I called in my order, the extra hoisin sauce I asked for was not in my order again and the limes were missing too. Instead of asking for no sriracha and making their life difficult, I just want plain hoisin sauce I’m willing to pay for. My boyfriend usually uses the two sides of sauces included with the hoisin and sriracha mixed together so we’re not wasting lol. I didn’t call this time bc limes and sauce aren’t worth calling to make the host feel bad. I wanted pho and they really do make good pho, so I ordered again. I ordered 2 meals online, paid for an extra hoisin sauce and only received one sauce, two sauces were missing. I wish I would have taken a picture of the veggies in this last order because the sprouts, basil, and cilantro all had brown spots. Between the multiple wrong orders and now wilted veggies, I’m finding other...
