Absolutely amazing experience in and out with Saffron Scoops and Bites. As you wait for your food they offer complimentary chai which is to die for for starters. Moving on to the food… this is hands down the best Indian food in the entire state of Colorado. You would regret going anywhere else if you’re looking for tradition, culture, values, and truly delicious food from top to bottom. We got the samosas, the samosa chaat, the tikka masala, and butter chicken. Everything was perfect. No I mean it… perfect. The owner is an absolute gem of a human being who you can absolutely tell cares for his craft, his business, and the product he’s producing. You can see it from the second you walk in from the employees positive attitudes and smiles, to their golden standard of customer service they bring to the table. Last but not least the Ice cream. My whole family is obsessed and won’t go anywhere else from here on for ice cream. Every flavor (which there are an abundance of in the best way possible) tastes like it was handmade right in front of you before they hand it over the counter.

If you like Indian food and want something fast, you can't go wrong with Saffron Scoops N Bites. We ordered several things to try ranging from biryanis, curries, and samosas, and they were all excellent! For most dishes you pick from Normal, Medium and Hot spice levels. We went with Hot for everything, so I can report that the heat level was decent!

If you're in the mood for dessert, I can highly recommend their ice cream! Each one is clearly labeled with their key flavors, but you'll probably want to sample them for yourself! The ice cream itself was very creamy and packed with flavor.

The service was excellent! Our large, complicated order was taken quickly, and our food was in our hands in about ten minutes. The cashier was very friendly, and seemed happy to chat with us while we were waiting for our food. The price is also very competitive, and as of 03/24 you can expect to pay $9-$11 for a given entree.

I have been in Fort Collins since 2007 and this is HANDS DOWN the most delicious ice cream shop I have ever been to. The flavors are unique, the colors are bright, environment is welcoming and warm, and you can tell love has been poured into every ounce of that shop. I am a BIG ice cream fan and a loyal customer to the longstanding (and newer trending) favorites here in town, but this takes the cake. This ice cream shop has no competitors and deserves no notes. The bathroom toilet paper was even tied in a pretty little bow, and by that time I had already fallen it love with the place. It feels like a little secret no one knows about yet; I hope it gains traction and more people go there. The prices are also super affordable! I will be dreaming of this place any time I have an ice cream hankering, and I’m already thinking of excuses to make it back there this week.
