Hands down, best wings and best service I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went here yesterday and tried their Thai, garlic hot, BBQ, and Jamaican jerk. Definitely, absolutely would recommend their garlic hot and Jamaican jerk dry rub. I'm honestly not even a fan of buffalo sauce, but the garlic hot has a perfect balance of flavors and no overwhelming sour flavor like most classic hot sauces--great balance of savory and spicy. The Jamaican jerk was, in my opinion, even better. It was perfectly sweet and savory, and paired so well with their ranch sauce. Above all else, the texture of our wings was perfect. Never had we had wings so crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. You would bite in and get that initial delicious textural crunch, and then the wing would fall apart just from how tender it was. Our fries were great too, so crispy and still soft in the middle! We never have crinkle cut fries that aren't soggy, but these guys know how to do crinkle cut fries better than any fries we've had. The service was equally as great as the food. We were served by Kelly and Shii, and from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by them. We asked them what sauces they liked and they gave us great recommendations and descriptions, and on top of that offered us samples of the sauces! It was fantastic to be able to actually taste what you're going to get at a wing place then to roll the dice and hope you get something you'll like. They were both very friendly and our food came out quickly. I needed to use the bathroom partway through the visit, and I got in line for it behind Shii. Come time to go in, Shii let me go ahead of her to use it because she said "the customer always goes first". No matter how small this action, I think even this is continuous testament to how respectful Shii is as a server! At the end of the meal, we needed more ranch sauces and some to-go boxes, and Kelly was just a pleasure to talk to when asking her for some and discussing the meal. All in all, never have we had better service and better wings at any other...
Read moreITS LONG BUT NECESSARY..Okay so initially my experience did not go so well.. I called due to an issue with the coupon, I was told they couldn’t help me unless I went to the store, however, I’m sick, so I didn’t feel that exposure was necessary. Anyways, I said whatever, forget the discount, I’ll just order online. Well, idk what happened but the website decided my card was unworthy, and wouldn’t accept or save it. Approximately 1 hour later, and multiple different attempts I was absolutely OVER IT! I called and spoke to the same young lady and she was polite and patient, but my patience had run out and so I went to mgmt. The manager was EXTREMELY professional, he listened, never once interrupted, and when he did speak he was understanding and had zero “annoyance” in his voice, which is a very rare occurrence these days. As I was placing my order, the call was suddenly placed on hold… I was at a loss for words at that point. I just hung up and called back. He immediately apologized for the interruption, communicating PROFESSIONALLY with another co-worker, that he will take care of my call, and to hang up (assuming that he was likely calling me back). ZACH is an excellent example of who should be running a profitable business. CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN CHANGE A 1 STAR REVIEW TO A 5! That is exactly what he did. It’s the smallest things that can make or break a business, and Zach will be a key part in the continued success of your restaurant. Thank you for retaining a very appreciative...
Read moreMy family and I went in to place an order tonight and noticed a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 8:00. Not knowing what time it was, I looked at my phone and saw that it was 7:55. While I wouldn't normally go to a restaurant 5 minutes before closing time, we were already there, the restaurant was still open, it would have been a to-go order, and there were still quite a few customers dining in. As we approached the counter, I first noticed a very unwelcome look on the face of a girl in the kitchen area, glaring at us. At the same time, another employee says, in an equally unwelcome manner "just so you know, we close in 5 minutes." So my family and I looked at each other, put off by such a rude comment, and I said "so what does that mean, you don't want us to place an order?". To which this person replies, hands held up in dramatic fashion, "I'm not allowed to deny an order, so you can do what you want". In other words, "we don't want to serve you, but we don't have any choice". Point taken, loud and clear. I can't remember exactly what else was said, but this employee repeated that they weren't "allowed" to deny an order. Disgusted by such rudeness and lack of work ethic, we left. There was no way we were going to eat anything these...
