We visited this location on a recent Saturday night and had the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a Culver’s. We ordered, and as Culver’s does only preparing food when it’s ordered, we pulled up and waited. However, we waited for 40 minutes for one value meal, a concrete mix, and cheese curds. We wawtched two people behind us get their orders before we did. Finally, we got our order but when we got home we found that we didn’t receive the cheese curds. I called and explained what happened and they seemed very disinterested in our situation. I asked if they were going to do anything about it and he said he could give me a coupon for a free cheese curd with a purchase of a value meal. So I clarified with him that I would have to spend even more money just to get something I already paid for. I asked for a refund, he said they weren’t allowed to do so. Then I asked if I could simply have a coupon for free cheese curds, with no additional purchases, he said no. We are unhappy with the service and the way we were treated. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location, nor recommend this location to anyone. Edited to just say: After taking an online survey explaining our unsatisfactory experience there, the owner of this location called to get feedback. We explained that we expect nothing more from them, we will simply no longer visit this location. He then sent a passive aggressive email to us saying “Thanks for hanging up on us, I was only trying to help” proving even further that they could care less about customer service, professionalism, and common...
Read more4 of us went for a bite to eat. There were a minimum of 10 workers there all standing around talking and laughing. There were about 10 customers already eating their food sitting at different tables. One of the guys took our order, but I could tell he wasn't really paying attention. We had never been to Culver's, so it took a bit to decide what we wanted. It looked like he was annoyed that we took so long, but we got thru it. We all ordered different hamburger meals. 3 of them were ordered without onion. Those 3 orders all had onion. And the meal that was supposed to have onion, didn't. One meal was supposed to be a bacon burger with large fries, and the rest of the meals should have medium fries. But the large fry was put in the basket with a different burger. We decided to just take out the onion and scrape off the condiments we didn't order and deal with it because we would have had to wait even longer for them to make all the food again. After eating what we could of the onion flavored burgers, we decided to order waffle cones. When they brought them to our table, they were so melted that they were dripping all over our clothes and everywhere. Needless to say, it was a horrible first and last dining experience...
Read moreEdit: The last two times I went through the drive-thru, they completely messed up my order. I have a lemon allergy, I told them this, and they still laid the fish of my fish dinner on lemons. Could only way 1 of 3 pieces of fish, and the Cole slaw was missing. This time, I added mustard to a chicken sandwich, and they removed everything else. Took more than 5 minutes to add lettuce and tomato, so I had to go back inside to get my food. Previous edit: This is your typical Culver's restaurant. Friendly staff and a clean, quiet atmosphere, but they still have all the concerns of the other locations. They really need to add more options to the drinking station that are small-kid-friendly, like perhaps a fresh milk cooler, low-sugar juices, etc. We always have an extremely hard time trying to determine which drink is the lesser evil, since the refillable options are limited to sodas, ice tea (which is caffeinated and our kids are not interested in anyway), lemonade which is loaded with sugar or sugar alternatives. Most of the food items taste good, and my wife is especially fond of the fried fish, but the pork sandwich is always too dry, and the burger patties are always WAY too thin to fill you up for any...
