On my way to work I pre-ordered my meal on the app and paid in advance. When I arrived the lobby was practically empty only one family dining and drive through maybe had one car. I waited at the register for at least 5 minutes trying to be polite while teenage staff members walked by me at least 3 times one going to the bath room but had her phone out while another just hanging around the soda machine not really doing anything. Finally the one who had her phone walked by and laughed then asked if anyone took my order. I replied no I'm here for a online pick up I showed her my receipt and she said that says drive through pick up, I said ok but it's paid for and I'm here in the lobby must of been a mistake. The teenager immediately replied with a aggressive attitude no you have to pick it up in drive thru. Not wanting to get into my car and go back into the drive through I saw a slightly older male manager bagging food and said sir can I have some help please I'm picking up a online order its paid for heres my number, the teenager immediately jumped in and said I told him already he has to go through the drive thru to pick up his order. That should of been a red flag for the manager to step in and just resolve the issue. Instead the manager looked at the teenage employee confused as if he was trying to read sign language off her facial expressions and then responded well if she said you have to go through drive through then you have to go through drive through. Super unprofessional, at that point I realized that the manger obviously just enjoys having teenage girls around him and they are thre for a check and not to work. Out come was me leaving to go to work and them refusing to give me my paid for food. I called corporate and they said that is not a policy, they reinsured if it's paid for they could of gave me my order inside the lobby as long as I provided pick up number. Some adults shouldn't work around teenagers because they become very influenced and start letting them run the show. I have never had this issue before at other McDonald's not the first time I've made the mistake of pick up in drive thru and meant in the lobby but this was the first someone denied giving me my paid for food. *Edit after placing review I started to read other reviews and it looks like customer service is a huge issue at this location. I see a few short positive reviews but I wouldn't be surprised if that management trying to keep their store from looking bad, hopefully corporate sends someone undercover to test the customer service at the location because it is...
Read moreIf it weren't for the managers Winifred & Sue who have a smile, great customer service attitude and always remember my order and I only come on Sunday morning, I would not step foot in this place after the horrible experience I had many, many months ago with an employee, with whom I have not seen since shortly after that visit. They are many other employees they have a great attitude but still one or two that i feel put off a bad attitute like the one (I know her name and will use it if I have another bad experience with her again like this one) who I had the unfortunate pleasure of helping me last week, she had to remake my caramel frappe because it did not blend properly and was all ice chips, she looked extremely pissed of and I even tried to get her to smile she made me so uncomfortable they I appologized for asking her to make it the way it should be and with an intimidating look said "I am just doing my job" people like that should not be at the front of the house. Because of her I left with my to go order in a pissed off mood and nothing good to say top my friends waiting in the car. If it weren't for Winfred I would not have...
Read moreLook at this! I was at the place at 10:08 PM, I asked the employee, can I come in? Even with a bad leg because I do chemotherapy due to cancer. She said no, only for the driver Thru. Okay, to get ahead, I placed the order online in the McDonald's app. I went to the line that was taking a long time, when it was my turn (10 minutes), I said to the attendant, I just need to get an order in my name... she said inside, I said the door is closed, she repeated and SCREAMED WITH ME INSIDE. I said ok, I went to the next window and the boy who looks like Indian English not very common, said that he could not give me the order I would have to go back to the end of the line. I showed the app order made and paid. He didn't pay attention to me and called someone else who decided to give me the order and threw me the bag and closed the window in my face. I was very sad how badly we are treated at certain times and places. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WORK ASK TO GO OUT AND DO WHAT YOU LIKE BUT DON'T TREAT BADLY THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR SALARY AND KILL THE OPEN COMPANY, is this too unfair do we arrive politely and receive...
