Ordered two hot & dirty bowl. One bowl with shrimp and two eggs and another bowl with salmon and no cheese. My shrimp bowl came with NO SHRIMP and then the other bowl with no cheese had a portion of cheese. I call them and they say that I can pick up the shrimp or give us credit. As picking up “just shrimp” would not be worth a whole another trip, I asked them to remake my orders. They did not budge in the beginning in remaking my orders but they eventually gave in and told me to pick up my order in ten minutes. I get there, the girl employee says to me with attitude, “We did not put cheese in the original second order but we still remade it for you.” I returned both bowls, she can clearly see that there is a portion of cheese in the bowl. Mind you, I even called them back after checking the remainder of the bowl just to find out that it was only a small portion so I can keep the bowl if they haven’t started making the new bowl for this order. I should have taken a photo of the bowl before giving it back but given the circumstances of having to bring back both orders and having to go pick up the new order, it completely slipped my mind. In fact, this was not my first time ordering from here and I order the same hot and dirty bowl every time so I know what my hot & dirty bowl with NO CHEDDAR should look like. I was very respectful and said hello to the young lady at the front desk; she muttered hello under her breath .She had some receipts in her hand by the register (at around 2:40 pm on November 4, 2024), and I asked if she was busy, all she gave me was a shrug of the shoulders and pure unadulterated attitude, and said Ah, Nooo! I told my father lets go, because she is being nasty and I don't like that. How is this acceptable? All I have to say is work at the DMV if you like being nasty to people, but not in the hospitality business. The behavior is unprofessional and uncalled for. She didn’t care, but everyone who walks through the door deserves proper customer service. I called to speak to the Manager, and she said for WHAT!. They care about the quality of the ingredients they use to make the food they offer, the people who work at Mood have great attitudes - always a reflection of the way in which an owner treats the staff - and are very knowledgeble about their offerings. They get to know their customers and what their customers like. While the actual space seats 20 or so customers they make it work and have a very robust take out and delivery service. Every so often they run out of things; a clear sign regarding the freshness of their ingredients. The prices are very fair especially given the quality of ther products.
