Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

I was waiting to place my order for breakfast while observing the Latino male employee cook steak for a soldier. He explained that he would be with me in a moment. I stated that he was cooking and that there should be someone at the cash register to take my order. I observed several female employees walking around and laughing in the back. I said excuse me and one asked if I had been helped. I asked if she could take my order for breakfast. She laughed and said,“ Can someone take her order”? This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Charley’s and truthfully, they need customers service training. They give you attitude as if you did something wrong to them. Two separate males there got issues with customers I feel like they shouldn’t be the face of the fast food restaurant. You need someone who is happy to be there & happy to work!
