Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

BOTH OF THE LADIES I SPOKE TO WERE SO RUDE! Is this not a military installation!? I would expect some standards. You really need to train your staff on how to speak to customers ! I had to order two packs for the ciniballs and the way it was rung up was not adding up to me , the 12 pack for 6.39 , they were making me buy 6 two packs , she proceeded to tell me she can’t help with what the sign says. She then goes to tell the coworker I had a problem with prices. Her co worker then came and started explaining why.... So I told her I’d like the 12pk for 6.39 and an icy. In the middle of me saying that, the coworker blurted can you let me finish what I was saying I was obviously met with pure attitude and she didn't try to hide it....

Terrible customer service, almost entirely on the part of an extremely rude manager. She refused to take orders for arbitrary periods of time and insulted customers, both civilian and military, directly to their faces.

I was visiting Ft. Bragg during All American Week, and visited several times. The first time the manager complained that my friends and I were ordering 30 minutes before closing time. The second time she refused to take any orders for at least 10 minutes, so we ate elsewhere. My friends went a third time, and overheard her insult one of the base personnel for ordering...

website shows this place closes at 1900. I go in at 1715 and go up to the line a guy who was in the back pokes his head around the corner and asked "Can I Help you" with an atatude.. when I asked may I put in order in he told me to learn to read the wall..... I have never been a fan of Taco Bell but this will be the last time I ever go to one. and the last time I go to this location it seems like every one who works here is really...
