Subway — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

There service is not that great. Some of the workers may try but I feel like it's depending who is on shift and I should not feel like coming to get something to eat because of the attitude of service and cleanliness to with who is working on shift. I saw a male employee that had an earbud in his ear while making people's subs and I turned away to get something to eat else where. And my last time coming here a female worker did a multi customers subs and made ours together and I really did not like that at all, I prefer for who makes my food to have all attention on me like always when coming to subway in general. The sub was OK but I asked if the oven can cook two subs at a time the same as it does individual and she kinda act like what I asked was a problem as to "why I am asking and that is because it is a problem. " And while she was making my sub this female worker had someone put something in her pocket and she was kinda sneaky about it. The water I was given did not have wrap on it and I can complain about a lot. Overall my service is bad and I will not come back to this subway anymore.

However, I came in February 10th of 2022 and workers on shift were there better then the last workets last time I went in. As I typed before, it should not matter which shift I come in but I guess it can because some people do the job a little different. But...

Black guy working the closing shift on April 10 around 7:30 who is always rude and frustrated. It's not just a one-time thing; every time I see him behind the counter, I know the service won't be great. He sighs in annoyance when I ask for a little more black pepper and refused to heat my sub because "we close in 15 minutes." I get it, but he should have communicated that better prior to. The food is good, it's good ol' fashioned Subway, but how the sandwich is prepared matters to me as the customer, and if the food designer doesn't appreciate his job, then maybe he should consider a career where he doesn't have to deal with people. If he can't handle customer interaction, he should be replaced and let someone who actually wants to work...

Ate there today and this rude older black woman working did nothing but complain and whine how it was her bday and made sure everyone in line knew it, complaining how she was supposed to be off already, several bread options were unavailable along with a lot of condiments and rudely told us she ain't have time when there was at least 4 workers, most workers I've ever seen working at a subway! She rudely yelled out into the lobby if there was anyone else gonna order a sub before she moved from that position! She was very disrespectful and rude to soilders! She needs to be fired so she can enjoy her bday that many soldiers work themselves! So unprofessional and it's time people like...
