I ordered a large combo one and a half hours before closing. I requested sweet tea as my beverage, but was told we don’t have sweet tea. It was quite clear that they didn’t want to brew more tea so close to closing. I then asked to substitute with lemonade as I did not want a soda. I was told I’d have to chose a soda or there would be a 3 dollar up charge. I then said, just eliminate the drink. I proceeded to the window to be charged two dollars more than the combo meal. I said, that doesn’t make sense if I asked you to eliminate the charge for the soda. He then said, because you eliminated the drink we have to charge you for each item separately. I then said, charge me for the combo, give me the drink and I’ll toss it if I chose to do so. I then asked to speak to the manager who said the system does not allow us to remove a charge from the combo. The two tenders boxes were supposed to come with two sides. However, when I got home one box had fries, tenders and two biscuits. It should have had fries, cole slaw, tenders and two biscuits. The second box only had tenders and two biscuits. It should have had fries, red beans, tenders and two biscuits.

Read moreI sent me son to get a 12 pc family meal. When he got home I noticed they gave him all thighs and breast and they didn’t even let him know that’s all the pieces they had. He did tell me they were trying to get him to take 1/2 mild and 1/2 spicy and he told them no, we didn’t want the spicy ones. I understand if they don’t have all the pieces cooked at the time, but they need to make that known to their customers instead of just giving them anything. Also the rice and beans side was only 1/2 way full. With everything going up in price the least these companies can do is make sure that people get what they pay for.
