My boyfriend has been in the army for 8 years and we have shopped here several times. They have good prices and a good selection. Today the cashier named Lena was extremely rude to me at check out. I went to go pay and was with my boyfriend who had his military ID and she raised her voice in front of other customer saying, "You can't shop here". I was embarrassed and am going to call management and further more. I have worked in retail customer service for over 10 years and NEVER is this type of behavior acceptable. She was extremely rude to me I asked for her name and she came back with a tone saying, "oh my name is on the bottom of your receipt". She is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. I am shocked she would talk to any customer this way! Her customer service skills are lacking. The appropriate thing to say would have been, oh I am so sorry you cannot pay because you do not have a military ID. If that I'd the rule, that is the rule. But don't EVER talk to your customers that way. EVER. Especially in front of other customers. I am truly baffled by this women. You should really talk to her about the way she treats your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a pretty good commissary. Iwould use South facilities but North is on my way home--Sandord. I only give a 4 because South gets a five. Hiw about we modernize North. Actually South is a little dated now too. What does that say about North? All that construction stuff aside, it's a good place the workers are friendly. My only REAL complaint for both PXs would be hire more register/check out personnel and insert a break area. I really hate lines but my anger rises when I see 15 lanes two or three are open not four people are standing around talking about a negative experience with a customer. 1. A customer doesn't need to hear all that. 2. If you don't work a register and the line is 6,7,8 deep get away from the line. Your shirt and name tag says you work here, you are here to help make ME feel like a valued customer. I don't want to feel like a number in a lin of monopolized sales. But that's not just the PX. I feel that way in most stores. I hate shopping but you folks can do better with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually give good reviews, today is definitely different. I come here frequently and I have the same issues. When I need to use the restroom, it is always unkept, no tissue or paper, only one sink and always at least one bathroom out of order. It honestly reminds of driving down a road in the middle of no where and you are š scared of the restroom š» for fear of what you will find. I'm just not sure this should be this way! This is a government facility, it should be clean, well kept. They might try a mop and a broom throughout the rest of the facilities as well. Please š„ŗ come on Fort Liberty, go back to the days when I could feel proud to say I shop at the commissary. The little bit of money saved just feels not worth it. Help me after 40 years feel better about our Military...
