Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Madison

I eat here all the time and hate giving this establishment a bad review, but I had a bad experience, and it must be made public as a local travel guide. I had a young man wearing a painted jean jacket deliberately ghost me tonight and it was horrid. Embarrassing. I will not go back in here. I went into the dining area because the drive-through was pretty packed, and the jean jacket guy was filling drive-through orders at the food station. He kept looking back at me and even walked past me a few times to fill ice drinks, but he never offered to help. He simply kept his back on me the whole time, watching me in the corner of his eye. A young man walked in with his son, and I told him I was being ignored, so I left. As I walked out, I saw the jean jacket man was already taking the young man's order, as if he spun around after I walked away. I had stood there for almost ten minutes and was ignored the whole time. I made some phone calls to people his age and I was told there is a deliberate ghosting campaign going on with that age group and they simply ignore older people, cater to people their age. If this is true, employers should immediately terminate employees...

Over lunch hour today I was in line at the drive-thru for minimum of 30 minutes and at no point could I just drive out of the line because the road is not wide enough..I got to the pay window and the lady had no idea what I had ordered I try to give her my order again.. A woman came from the said rudely that yes it's at the window she knows about the order...I got up there to pick up my food my fanta slushy was completely melted my husband's bacon sandwich had no cheese it was supposed to be a large meal he got a small onion ring the sandwich was cold he was supposed to have a coke ended up with lemonade he was supposed to have a 4 piece mozzarella stick there was none my Whopper jr was cold with no cheese instead of the onion rings I ordered I got soggy french fries and they charged me 20 plus dollars for the meal.. i have never been more dissatisfied with a restaurant ever!! Ended up being 20 minutes late back to work try to call the business or just a customer service number to let them know about my experience and to find out why they charged so much on my card and you can't get anybody to...

Took a while to even be acknowledged at the drive up, and when we were, we were told to wait. We ordered our food and had to pull up even though there was nobody behind us. We got our food and were missing the fries. Went inside and got the fries that we were charged for but didn't receive. Got home to find out the burgers we ordered were missing the onion rings. Called the store and spoke to a crew member, and I was told that they were out of onion rings. We were not informed of that when ordering. They claimed that they did but did not. Was hung up on by the 1st person we talked to. Called back and spoke to the manager, explaining the situation they put my name down for the correct food next...
