At FMCH, there is ZERO point in having a GP. I see doctor Anderson as my GP but if I get sick, or need to see her regarding a medical change I need to make an appointment 5-10 days out. Which is astronomical and ridiculous. When I call to make an appointment for an illness they tell me to go to the walk in clinic, however, the policy at the walk in is you can only be seen for one thing. So if I am having nausea and diarrhea I can only be treated for one or the other. I understand needing to limit the time for walk in patient, but the FMCH wall in treats your symptoms not the cause of your symptoms. If you aren’t able to go to the walk in, they tell you to go to the Emergency Department, where again, I’ve gone and never had blood drawn, urine tests run or anything. My symptoms have been treated and I’ve been released. FMCH is not looking to treat patients and cure them they are looking to treat patients and get them to leave them alone. My health, my choice, my decision to not go to FMCH unless I don’t...
Read moreThe nursing staff were really nice when I took my mother there we had to stay in waiting room over 30 min but it was understandable. The reason I reviewed one was because of one of the female staff ( I asked from my mothers nurse and she told me she is their boss) she was very unprofessional and we could easily hear she was talking to other male nurse or doctor very inappropriately. Then she was very loud and was using very bad and unprofessional words talking about how busy the emergency room is with ridiculous patients like room 5 and 6 ( including my mother ). Her cloths were not appropriate for a hospital staff as everyone was staring at her even other hospital staff. I asked the nurse what was her name and she told me she is the manager and her name is H A ( I am not writing the full name as it is against Google policy and I hope administration knows who is H A) I am not an expert but she probably should not be there due to lots of unprofessional behaviors.
Thanks to my mothers Nurses and Doctor (...
