Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Morgan

If I could give them no stars I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered a good amount of food. They handed me a bag with 3 burritos in it and said bye. I told them it wasnt my order and I had to go inside. They said they got my order correct but then when I started eating it. Everything was wrong. I ordered 2 nacho cheese boxes. Those had bean burritos in them instead of a 5 layer burrito. The doritos tacos didnt even have meat in them. I also ordered 2 cheesy potato grillers and instead of those I got chicken and cheese. Not even close to what I ordered. I also got a mini chicken quesadilla and it had no cheese in it what so ever. So then i called in to get a refund because I was traveling and I had 3 people tell me they were a manager. I finally spoke with the manager and ask for a full refund because this was ridiculous. The manager told me I had to drive back to the store. Then she told me that she would call her general manager and she would call me back with in 10 mins. Never got the call so I called back and she told that teenager was in the hospital with her mother and there was nothing they could do and maybe the manager would call me back tonight. I live in a totally different state and they want me to drive back to get a refund. The staff was all SO unprofessional it made me sick. They laughed at me and were nothing but rude. Food is disgusting and the staff are extremely rude. The last 3 times ive been it was horrible and the last time was the absolute last time I will be there. First I go in and there were 2 people in front of me. I have no idea how long they had waited before but after I arrived we 3 waited 10 or 15 mins as one employee ignored us and pretended no one was there and another spent that time making out with their girlfriend until the other finally went to the register. They make it more than obvious that they were annoyed by uour presence by way of staring at you silently with a disgusted look on their face as if you are keeping them from some important moment in their lives. There is no greeting or asking if you need anything or if they can help who's next. No just aggravated staring until you place your order. The only time I heard a word from any of the staff was from the person who brought my order to the counter and I asked where I could find the sauce packets to which I got this extremely snotty reply. "Maybe you should try looking" then she turned and walked away. When I returned Home and tried to eat but it was beyond disgusting and I had to throw it away. My dog wouldn't eat it. We went to Taco Bell on 10/27/2024 at around 9:20 P.M. I am utterly upset because normally we get really great service at this Taco Bell but this night it was not at all good service. I don’t know if the employees are new or they simply don’t care about their customers. It’s really unfortunate because we are spending money to receive our food how it is supposed to be and how we ordered it. To start off I ordered a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño cream, a zero sugar Baja blast and a grilled cheese burrito. When my sister and I got home the food was half way packaged up and the sauces were spilling out of a burrito we had gotten because they seemed to put all the heavier stuff on top of it. Our cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño cream had NO CREAM the zero sugar Baja blast was a regular Baja blast and the grilled burrito was not even a grilled cheese burrito. I understand messing up with 1 item but 3 seems like a little over.
