The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.I went in this Subway two days in a row, 3/24 and 3/25, for lunch and each time I witnesses a terrible act of customer service to two different individuals. The first time, the lady behind the counter was very rude to a hispanic man and boy because he was speaking too quiet and didn't quite understand how he needed to order a sandwich with the coupon he had presented. Instead of helping this customer with the process, she basically belittled them the entire time. The next day, a lady ordered a sandwich and tried explaining that she couldn't eat pork and wanted to have her food, sandwich paper, and employees gloves fresh just to cut down the cross contamination aspect. The employee making her sandwich was extremely rude due to these simple requests and continued to not listen to the customer or even attempt to work with the customer. Never had bad experience until Last week, I went around 9.50 pm, the 2 young and inexperienced workers acted and talked so rudely to me and looked frustrated to prepare my sub. Never understood even till now what their problem was!!!!. No work ethic nor customer service. Looked like they packed all the veggies 10 mins before store closed and We're picking tomato slices which fell on sides and unclean service to put back on my sub. I was even disgusted to eat my sub as it looked so unclean how they prepared it, added to their attitude and rude customer service. I decided never to go back there in future.
Subway owners should really pay attention to whom they hire even if they don't have experience and are kids, still customer service and cleanliness should be a priority and no compromise on that. Disappointed for the first time...
Read moreI wanna take a moment to thank the subway employee named Kevin. I went in there came from a subway and Brush over by the gas station. That one is terrible but the one here in Fort Morgan by the Verizon store is excellent. Kevin stopped what he was doing. He greeted me when I came into the store. There was another employee that was working hard cleaning the lobby and the bathrooms doing a good job focused. Kevin was cleaning things also taking care of things assisting the other employee and he was very kind patient courteous, friendly, good positive attitude working and helping customers. If I ever owned a franchise, I would totally hire Kevin. He’s the type of employees that I would want working in my stores. I hope that the owner and boss manager give Kevin a promotion and give him a good raise for doing...
