I'm giving it 1 star ONLY because our daugther said her entry was ok, but not great and also because Google doesn't allow 0 stars obviously.
My entry was soggy as hell and crumbled when trying to get a bite (which shouldn't happen) and was overly spicy. It seemed like they added spice to it to compensate for the texture of the soggy (should have been fried with sauce) chicken I had. My SO's spare ribs were very dry. My son's entry while he ate it (he was raised to eat what you get even if it isn't good, its food) he said it really wasn't good but "its food" so he ate it.
We definitely won't order/eat here again. We will drive further to China Fusion by Gateway for Chinese if we have a craving for it. This was very disappointing for the money spent. Not to mention, they didn't even give any sauce packets (duck sauce, soy sauce, etc) and they did not have them out on the counter, and we asked 2x for sauces (during the call when ordered and when there to pick up the order).
And for those who say it was soggy because we ordered take out, I have had Chinese purchased farther away from home and ate when at home which was still crispy. Even microwaved the left overs the next day at work for lunch and it still had some crisp to it... 🤷♀️
This was just overall, very disappointing and would rate it at 0 stars if that was...
Read moreOur experience was disappointing, at best. This place is located in a tiny storefront next to Publix in Lehigh Acres. The interior is sparse and is furnished with a handful of cheap tables and chairs. The young girl taking orders appeared to be frenzied, overworked and flustered. She told me that she didn't have my on-line order and didn't know anything about it, so I reordered everything and then waited over a half hour for my small order. Customers were coming in a steady stream and it was clear that the three people in the kitchen couldn't keep up with the orders. I ordered chicken with cashews, steamed dumplings, egg rolls and spring rolls. The egg rolls and spring rolls were very good. The steamed dumplings were OK, but I've had better. The chicken cashew was very disappointing because it was mostly vegetables (celery and carrots) with a few scraps of chicken and maybe six cashews, all swimming in some kind of brown sauce. Their system for taking and filling orders is a complete mess, resulting in a frustrating experience for customers and staff. The poor service may have been tolerable if the food was spectacular, but since it wasn't, my advice would be to seek out another Chinese restaurant. There are certainly plenty other places in the Fort Myers area to...
Read moreordered hunan beef with rice, got overcoocked rice with 3 pieces of meat. ordered general tso chicken, got 4 giant peices of fried bread with cold noodles. ordered beef chow mien, got beef with onions only and rice.
hunan beef should be spicy, not sweet. rice takes 15 minutes to cook, not 10. and every meal with meat should include atleast 7-8 pieces. general tso chicken is suppose to be very hot, as it is cooked with red peppers, and the noodles should never be so cold they are a solid mass. didnt include sauce, and finally beef chow mien is beef with noodles, not a mixture of vegetables with rice. This particular dish is beef with noodles and comes with rice, but my order only came with rice.
WILL NOT WASTE ANOTHER DOLLAR...
