Rib City - Crossroads — Restaurant in Fort Myers

My husband and I can't wait to order here again! We recently moved back to the area and I was stoked to get Rib City again, and my husbands never had it. This new location opened up and we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the pick 2 and pick 3 combos. I did BBQ beef and a half rack of ribs. My husband ordered the smoked turkey, half rack of ribs and pulled pork. We were both super happy with our meals. The smokey-ness in the meats tasted delicious, the rib meat fell off the bone and was so flavorful. I could have piled that BBQ beef a mile high on my toast, it was just so amazing. The sides were also a star of the show on their own. I've been pretty disappointed in Mac and cheese sides from places recently, so I guess I went into this expecting it to be bland and tasteless but man it was saucey cheesy goodness. The bbq beans were also amazing, nice sweet and very slight pepper flavor to them...couldn't get enough of them.

I highly recommend this location. Staff was nice when we did a pick-up order, they gave us lots of extra sauces when I asked and the price was VERY reasonable compared to going out...

Went to this establishment and the customer service was terrible. I didn’t know much about the menu so had lots of questions, the young girl seemed bothered about my questions. I then got my order of fries, the young lady said it served up to 3, when I got my fries there were literally 10 pieces of fries, I asked for clarification or to see size options and the girl had an attitude, I was willing to pay for another one but the container I received the fries in barely had anything in it. The rude young lady went back to tell the manger. I just wanted to see my options and I overheard the manager getting an attitude as though i’m a bother, she eventually came out and blamed it on a previous staff member giving too much fries as the reason they give less. I asked for a refund (didn’t want to see anymore options at that point). I will spend my money elsewhere, such a shame because the restaurant had 2 people in there on a Friday evening, clearly they need...

Still Terrible 3 years later. Server sissy doesn't know the first thing about hospitality. Food was okay, not great. Order came out wrong. Not really surprised. It was awful the last time I visited this location 3 years ago and it clearly hasn't gotten better. Where is management? It seems like they manage the restaurant from the office. Never seen a manager. After server dropped off food and I said it was wrong she only came back once to correct it. Never refilled drinks. No 2 bite check back to make sure everything was good. Never brought the check. I ended up throwing down cash and walked out. I'd say ill see you again in 3 years but probably not. There are way better restaurant who actually care about the customers experience. Also they don't care at all about reviews as no one attempted to reach out over the last...
