My girlfriend had tried ordering for delivery the other night. Everything we've order, unfortunately, had been wrong.
We had ordered two different pastas and we did get one, however, it was neither of the two we had originally ordered. If you're getting charged extra for the sauces, hopefully, they give you the right one correct? Nope, not today.
Upon discovering the incorrect order, we raced out to catch the delivery driver (who had done nothing wrong) but, we just wanted to mention to him in regards to the mishap... He informed us that we could call the store to let them know, and they would have the correct order ready for us within twenty minutes.
Taking his advice, we called the store to be addressed unkindly. He tells us that the ovens are off, and there is no way they can rectify the issues the night of. He did tell us that he would write a note with our name and phone number for the next manager, so that we could claim the full credit the following day. Telling us that if we mentioned two specific names, they would absolutely "take care of us." At one point, he even attempted to hang up the phone while we were still in mid-conversation.Clinging to the little patience I had left, I accepted the credit for the entire order and planned on ordering the next day.
Hoping to find some redeeming quality as I've been loyal to dominos, we proceeded the following evening, according to this fellow's instructions and explaining the dilemma - only to find out that the fellow from the night before had not left any sort of note with our information. The manager on duty this time, was kind in attempting to assist us with the order, however, was completely out of the loop.
To our dismay, we have now gone two full days without receiving our correct order, having been lied to, and lacking in compensation. In short, I would not personally recommend...
Read moreI've been buying carryout from this location for several years. Not because the food is great, but it is convenient. However, last night was the last straw and I won't be going back. Frozen pizza for me from now on. Anyway, read on for the shenanigans from the past few months:
Tracker is useless at this location. Plan on adding 5-10 minutes to the "ready" or "complete" time.
My order of brownies was dropped on floor. Idiot boxing gave next batch to another (delivery) customer. Cashier just stood there with a blank stare on his face. Woman who dropped my order finally came to counter and processed refund.
Security guard and other employees usually take handicapped parking places. Not a handicap placard in sight.
Carside deliveries usually take longer than 2 minutes. Multiple free pizzas awarded.
One carside delivery totally ignored, had to go inside.
Typically I order extra pepperoni or sauce. Usually don't get it even though I paid for it.
Nobody at counter, somebody shouted "be there in a minute". After 10 minutes, guy cutting and boxing finally came to counter. My pizza had been sitting for over 10 minutes.
Online complaint forms are totally ignored. Look for this location to go bankrupt any day now with this level of "service".
Edit 6/28/22 : "Owner" added a canned reply 4 months after my posting a review. He/She/They asked me to email improvement suggestions. I might have done that if the same canned reply hadn't been appended to every negative review and an actual email address was provided.

The manager did replace them, and I have the others back so they would know we didn't try to scam them. The previous two times they forgot the two liters we played for. They gave us a five dollar credit. But the for the next order, but I ordered online, and didn't get it. I didn't realize you don't get it online. The then next time I didn't get it again, they brought the two liters,and gave us a five dollar credit for the next order. But they shouldn't mess up three orders in a row. That is ridiculous.
