Friend's Pizza Fort Myers — Restaurant in Fort Myers

I HATE this place. HERES WHY: Multiple times I have gone and have had problems and stupid me keeps giving them another chance. Not again. I ordered over the phone today and paid so my husband can just go and pick it up. One hour early cause they take forever to make something. My husband gets there and they claim I never placed an order, mind you I was at work dealing with this. Manager said I needed to go there and show a receipt. I told him to put her on the phone so I can speak with her, she said NO she’s not speaking with me, she can’t talk to me. Then continues to say they don’t have the order. I told him to put someone on the phone and the manager gets another employee to speak with me. Great customer service right? The manager won’t even speak to me. Finally after arguing back and forth for 10 minutes they somehow found the order in the back with my husbands name on it and the receipt and the manager never even apologized. I hate this damn place. They take 40 minutes just to make one slice of pizza so don’t go when your starving, people don’t understand the menu and have no idea what they’re doing. Horrible it’s...

First off this is the first review I’ve ever written.. Waited over an hour for a pizza (they told me it would be between 30 and 60 min) so I called to see what was going on politely.. I was told the delivery guy called me 3 times and then left because I did not answer.. I told them that’s not true because I had no missed calls.. turns out the person who took my order took my number down wrong.. I was then told they were closed and could not bring my another pizza.. I was not even offered the cold pizza for free or for a discount.. I was also not offered anything for future purchases for the fact that I waited over an hour and received no pizza because of THEIR mistake.. it was also almost 10:00 pm at this point so it was too late to order anywhere else.. they were rude and did not care at all and did nothing it make it right.. I was a first time costumer and because of this I will never order from this place again.. in my view they do not care about the customer or keeping new business at all.. maybe it was a blessing in disguise.. the pizza didn’t look that...

I was in the parking lot and I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza well done which is supposed to be like 14 inches. They told me it was gonna be like 10 minutes so I waited 10-15 minutes and went inside I noticed at the front they have a sign that says leave a review get a free garlic knots or cinnamon things. I was like okay sweet so I said I’d do it i did the review then proceeded to wait about 40 minutes for my stuff. Okay that’s cool. At that point I’m like man this is crazy I just want to get home. I take my stuff leave. Thinking man this pizza box is small there’s no way this is 14 inch. But okay. I get home and open the box pizza is not well done at all. Not even close.
