Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Well I'll start off by stating that it was my second visit or should I say second chance for to get it right! First visit I waited 15 min or so for my chicken tenders box deal along with 5 other loyal Dairy Queen consumers needless to say the food came out and it was not fresh at all ,cook to order.along with many other disappointing factors. my second attempt at Redemption was about 2 weeks ago again went to the drive-thru ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal because they happen to be out of tenders at the time 30 seconds after handing over payment I received my burger meal along with fries I proceeded to grab from the bag the hamburger which was extremely extremely hot to the touch I managed to get the rapper off the burger and it was the most disgusting looking hamburger ever created needless to say ultimately my determination is that both the french fries in the burger were heated up and but in the microwave for a. Of time and then served I can only assume that there are a lot of people at these fast food places who rather serve up junk rather then cleanup which is part of the job requirement and to maybe sometimes serve something fresh cook to order. Show some respect care about what you are serving with some pride . wont be going back to this place unless it gets ran by new management that can keep an eye on the less then stellar...

If you want to get blizzards that are low quality, full of syrups instead of ice cream and ready to fall out of the cup, this is the place to go.

If you like fighting with rude, unprofessional staff for the items you paid for, this is the place to go.

Came here for lunch. Took 10 minutes to get my lunch order another 15 to get my blizzard. The blizzard was a Royal Chocolate Brownie. the Ice cream was literally Vanilla, but the worker there was trying to argue that it was how it should be and that it looks brown in the photos on the menu but its not actually chocolate. I have had this item before at other locations and the ice cream has always been chocolate and tastes like chocolate rather than just vanilla with chocolate syrup added in. The blizzard was nasty cause thats exactly what was in it, a ton of syrup and a bit of ice cream. I went to refund it and the manager on duty there became rude and combatitive, not allowing me to speak, not allowing me to tell her the issue and just assuming she knows more. She seemed to be looking for a FIGHT rather than trying to actually service customers and resolve an issue.

So again, if you want to be kept waiting for however long the staff feels like to be disappointed by low quality food and fought with when you try to speak up for yourself, then come...

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.my kids was hungry and we was staying at a hotel near by so they wanted DQ when we pulled up it was a little after 8 there wasn’t a long line but there was no movement as we was waiting in the drive through for at least 6-7 minutes so me and my daughters got out and went we came into the lobby there wasn’t sport team playing basketball and hit the customers in front of me with the ball so my boyfriend called me and said he was almost at the drive through so we walked back to the car and when we got to the speaker the girl was like I’ll be with y’all in a minute and we was waiting for maybe 5-6 minutes with nothing so we asked how much longer it will be because we had been waiting for 18 minutes and with an attitude she said “well I’m kinda busy” and my boyfriend asked to speak to a manager so she said pull up when we pulled up they made us wait another 6-8 minutes and lied and said to pull up to the stop sign and the Maher would come out and we waited another 5 minutes and the manager never came out so no it’s 8:40 and my kids are still hungry and we have to order food from another restaurant.this location is very unprofessional and act like they can care less about their job or the standards...
