The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, my experience with customer service fell short. When I called to place a pickup order, the representative's tone was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I had politely asked her to repeat herself, and she responded with noticeable irritation. I mentioned that I was calling for a pickup, to which she replied, 'Well, I have four orders for pickup right now, what's your name?' She then abruptly ended the call, telling me to come in 'ten minutes.' When my partner arrived to pick up the order, it became clear that the negative tone had continued, as she conveyed unprofessional remarks to him to pass along to me.

They sell crab Rangoon when I got my order delivered I opened my meal and the outer part was chewey and stale tasting like it was made hours before I ordered . Also each crab Rangoon when opened up had no crab in it at all . Not little priced nothing . So I call to dispute it and to let them know it was stale tasting and also no crab what So ever . They agreed that it should have crab or change the name . When I asked for a new order or money back they told me no . Is 10 dollars going to kill me no . Is 10 dollars worth never having my household as customers. I am sure this place won't last . Since they did not care to satisfy me as a customer and either remake or refund me is why I am leaving this review and will be talking with health department. They are not the cleanest after getting my order door dash I drive up their to ask about it and I would not eat their again after seeing how dirty it was made me glad that the food was bad amd not good to eat . I have been coming here for over 12 years, and I can honestly say they have the best Chinese food in Central Fort Myers!

Their soups are awesome. Great BBQ bone in ribs. They have lunch and dinner combinations that save you money and you get soup or an egg roll with them.

Their Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables, Pineapple Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Steamed Rice, and Beef w/Mushroom or Broccoli are some of my favorites. The front desk girls are very friendly and remember you when you come back.

The neighborhood its in is not the best, and there are some rather "unique" people that come through the strip mall its located in. However, there is usually nothing to worry about. Just put your order in over the phone, zip in and pick it up, and be on your way.

They only do take out since Covid,, so don't expect to have a sit down meal.
