Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

Seems like drive thru is always slow when I go. For example, yesterday I ordered my ice coffee in the app 5-7 minutes before arriving. I got there 12 minutes to 7 with two cars in front of me (one at the window and I've at the speaker). The driver at the speaker had to wait until the car at the window drove off before their order was taken. Same thing happened to me...had to wait until the car at the window had their order and was driving off. I had to say twice that I placed my order in the app before I was told to go to the window. I get there and still had to wait on a coffee that was already paid for some time ago. It was never made and I selected immediately pick up, thinking it would be ready. But while waiting, I got to hear a whole conversation that wasn't even work related. It was who was gonna do what to who and other junk I'm not wanting to hear before my work day. (And boy were they loud with their conversation) Anyways, if you have a ton of time on your hands and absolutely no place to go after getting your coffee and such, this is the place🙄😞either that or leave home 30-45 minutes prior to needing to be somewhere so you aren't late. Speaking of which, I didn't leave drive-thru until 7:01....I was late...

Meh. I think $12 is a bit much for two bagels & 2 coffee, but it was one of THOSE mornings and the DD was where we attempted our tired refuge. The place is a bit dismal and small, cramped. All the tables were dirty. As I was walking in, I noticed the drive-thru was far too small for the amount of traffic it receives. Cars were lined into the street and had become obstructive to oncoming traffic. After ordering, I had to wipe down my own table, before sitting. The staff was genuinely cheerful, but seemingly, either understaffed...

The drive thru was fast. Outside the building was a strong smell but I didn't think too much of it. After receiving my order and leaving to head to work to notice my hashbrowns and also sausage egg and cheese sandwich both smells and taste like smoke. I tried to call to speak to someone about this and the # listed stated "the voice mailbox is full". I am highly upset due to i spend close to $10 and couldn't make it back before work...
