Went at 2 PM on Saturday to an insane line. Aft first I had figured it was due to being a busy day. Came to quickly realize it was because the establishment and the two individuals working were clearly not prepared. Nothing was stocked, they made excuses to customers about everything. Their practices were disgusting, wiping the pairing knives on the white parchment and then wrapping the sandwiches in them instead of switching them to wrapping paper like all other Subways. I ordered a footlong and a half of the day. Asked to make the footlong dry and have the vegetables(everything just no spinach) in a salad container. One of the girls told me they would have to charge me for a salad. Said they could only put the vegies in what looked like a cookie bag. I barely continued. Making my ham sandwich I asked for a small line of mayo, the girl clearly not caring an ounce poured a disgustingly large amount of mayo on my sub, said oops and took a piece of wrapping paper , slammed it on the sandwich and smeared it off. I walked out immediately . I went to walmart where it was slammed but had no problem getting exactly what I ordered clean with pleasure and no bs excuses. I wouldnt say this place sucks because of two bad eggs, I would say it sucks because clearly this is tolerated. Will never go back. I felt bad for the people in the drive through who started honking when the girl realized she had no headset on. Super sad but typical of the area and...
Read moreThis is the dirtiest and most unprofessional Subway I have ever been to! The manager (who was screaming at the top of her lungs the whole time I was there) was so loud and rude. She was shouting about how her refrigerator won’t close without duct tape and how she doesn’t like light skin men only dark skin so light skin men don’t have to worry. She was extra loud to be extra noticed. The tables were disgusting and there were flies and ants on the table as well. I waited almost 10 minutes to place an order because a young ladie who was making deliveries had come in to retrieve her order but it was never made and three geniuses that work there including the manager, could not figure out where her order was or why it wasn’t made. I don’t know if Subway puts their employees through training but maybe they should and teach them how to speak to and around customers and let them know that their private home business isnt for the entire establishments to heat or know about. The manager should be fired or told to turn her volume down 100 Decibels,...
Read moreLiterally Just Bread with Sauce I ordered a footlong and got what felt like a 12-inch loaf of bread with marble-sized meatballs. It was basically mouthfuls of bread and tomato sauce — no substance. This location now hides sandwich assembly behind a hood so you can’t even see how little meat they add. That’s shady.
In a time when people are stretching every dollar, this is how you respond to economic pressure? By ripping off the ones still spending money? It’s not just cheap — it’s a terrible long-term strategy.
Sure, you're off I-95 — maybe you think you can get away with scamming drive-thru traffic. But us locals notice, and travelers read reviews. Keep cutting corners like this, and it will cost you. Employees might not care — just clock in and out — but...
